I just went to Hardee's. I ordered one thing. How can you get one thing wrong. I ordered a double cheeseburger, the small one only ketchup mustard and pickles. My sandwich was cold. It had like 4 pieces of cheese on it. The people that work at these places really give the business a bad name. They have good food just poor employees 😢. Its sad

Every single time it’s sad cause it’s been over a year already that I come throughout my break and it’s every single time that there is no lines and it’s not packed inside and they always make you wait. Just be prepared that when you do go through the drive-through, you’ll always have to park and wait at least 8 to 12 minutes unbelievable.

I just came thru the drive thru and purposely waited on the side for 2 minutes waiting until 10:30 for lunch. At this point, the screen menu shows lunch. The cashier tells me they aren't ready for lunch. Rather than honor their store lunch hours and take my order and have me wait or sit off to the side. The same as you would if I needed to wait on my food. The cashier says I need to move on. I mean common sense. It's really not that hard to be a decent cashier.

So I went through the drive through today. The lady was that was working the drive through asked what I wanted and I said can I have a minute to look at the menu, then a couple minutes later she says (with an attitude) “They don’t know what the want” I guess she forgot to turn her mic off, and I said absolutely I don’t know what I want, y’all have a big menu here for people to look at when they pull up, so I left and went to Burger King because at BK I have it my way. Will not be going back to that Hardee’s.

I ordered on the app and thought it would be a really easy order, I had 4 gravy biscuits and 2 lg hash rounds and a sweet tea. The woman never asked me my name, when I got to the window, she said she was waiting for them to finish packing up and to pull forward and she'd bring it out, again never asked me my name. I pull forward waiting for about 5 minutes she comes out hands a bag and runs off, no drink and in the bag was a gravy biscuit and a small hash brown. I park go inside and say you never asked me my name and this is not my order, she begins screaming at the worker at the counter taking care of the inside customers and I am waiting for her to stop so I can tell her that she was the one speaking in drive thru and never asked my name and what my order was. I was running late already and I asked if the utensils were in the bag and she said I got you right this time I'm so sorry have a great day. Get gone to realize that I still didn't get the tea which is for my daughter and I turned around went back inside and she gave me a large cup and apologized again. My whole thing is, don't throw your coworker under the bus for your mistake and just slow down and ask the necessary questions oh and got home and my utensils were 2 spoons and a fork! Not the 4 forks and 4 knives that were needed! I understand everyone gets in a hurry, but they weren't slammed to the max or anything crazy to warrant such a lack of customer service and communication!

The tables were dirty. I was in with my 2 young sons and the manager was bantering with the cooks and loudly exclaimed "Jesus Christ". They continued to banter the entire time we were in. The cashier was very pleasant either.
