Staff is rude and confused. Placed an online order at 10:45 and did not get it until 11:20. Staff can also be heard talking about customers and there personal business which is really unprofessional.

The cook in the back was awesome! He checked on everyone! Great, perfectly cooked fresh food! Good experience! We went on Thursday, December 11th, 2025 at 11am and this in my opinion is the best Hardee's in York county. Best Hardee's breakfast at a Hardee's location locally! Fresh biscuits out of the oven and delicious extra crispy bacon. And the sausage gravy was very delicious too!

It Needs to be negative 5 stars. The lady at the window this morning around 7:45ish acted like she never got hugged as a child and took it out on me. Being judgmental cause I wanted just cream in my coffee and she forgot the hash browns. It’s not that serious I didn’t ask for a kidney. I said please and thank you. There was no need to slam the window close and roll your eyes and give attitude. I hope she has a better day and someone gives her a hug. 🤦🏻♀️

The food is good but the wait is not. I would not recommend if you're on the way to work or are having to be somewhere. It's the only place you can get cinnamon and raisin biscuits but for a limited time.

I wish I could get a SOFT non-crunchy, made from scratch biscuit. I mean If I wanted potato chips for breakfast I'd buy a bag. Heat lamps are not the way to go..never. Maybe a warming tray, etc..but this is a simple request. Service is always great. I have YET to have a SOFT biscuit, I hear your biscuits are good. Will you ever change?🤔 Does it need to close and hire new people? Problem is, no one wants to work but yet get paid...smh. Bring on the robots, I guess? From now on, I'm going to ask for a refund, period. Not just here, but everywhere.

We have been sitting in the drive through at Hardee’s on Herlong for literally over 20 minutes with no one even attempting to take our order. The line is empty. There are no cars at the window. We are at the speaker and have not heard from ANYONE the entire time. Came to get breakfast. WORST SERVICE EVER!! Ending up sitting for 30 minutes until my husband went inside and they took our order. Ridiculous! We were there for a total of 50 minutes by the time everything was said and done for take out!!!

I was the only vehicle there, but had to pull over and wait for the meal while watching two young workers laugh and chase around inside. I asked the sullen employee who brought out the food (same sullen employee who was at the drive-through window) how many employess were there and she said 'just us two'. The burger was cold and had a distinct burnt taste. Upon checking, I saw the edges were VERY burnt, and the large fries container was only half full of cold fries. One bite of each, and I threw the entire meal in the garbage. No, thanks, Hardee's.

The lady in the Drive-Thru is the friendliest sweetest most loving caring person I've ever dealt with. She cares about her customers. Extremely polite. I recommend going there and getting their breakfast platter. Either bacon or sausage. You will not be disappointed

Went to get my an wife some food while she was at the hospital we just had a baby an was hungry , first off the girl with the blue hair was disrespectful , then told me my order will take 7min I waited 20 minutes to get cold food that looked nasty an unpresentable to eat , it's sad my first time at this place is my last. Not to mention looks at me like she hated me , I don't have hold backs in life all I can say is do better .

I just went to Hardee's. I ordered one thing. How can you get one thing wrong. I ordered a double cheeseburger, the small one only ketchup mustard and pickles. My sandwich was cold. It had like 4 pieces of cheese on it. The people that work at these places really give the business a bad name. They have good food just poor employees 😢. Its sad
