I came to this Hardee’s early this morning hoping to grab breakfast, but once again I experienced what appears to be a consistent pattern of poor management and subpar service.
When I arrived, the dining room door was locked despite employees clearly being inside. There was no sign posted indicating that the lobby was closed, and multiple customers walked up expecting the restaurant to be open, only to stand there confused while no one communicated anything. It quickly became clear that drive-thru was the only option, but that information was never conveyed.
I’m visiting family in the area for the holidays, and since there are no Hardee’s locations where I live, enjoying a fresh breakfast biscuit is something I genuinely look forward to. Unfortunately, this location continues to disappoint. The staff often appears loud, unwelcoming, and disengaged, no smiles, minimal courtesy, and the restaurant feels understaffed with little visible leadership.
Additionally, the restrooms were not up to acceptable cleanliness standards. Sadly, this seems to be a recurring issue, as I’ve noticed similar problems at the Gold Hill location as well.
After speaking with another frustrated customer, I decided to leave this review in hopes that awareness leads to improvement. I’ve attached photos and video showing the lack of signage and customers standing at the locked door without any communication from staff.
This location needs serious attention from management. Right now, it’s simply not a good look.

My husband, daughter, and I visited for breakfast. I had the sausage and egg biscuit combo with coffee. My daughter had the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit combo. My husband just had the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit; no combo. I thought the sausage was a bit overcooked, but it was delicious. The hash browns and coffee were delicious. The cashier was pleasant and did everything I asked like putting some extra sugar in the bag for my coffee.

Visiting from out of town made mobile order pulled up had to wait 15 minutes,workers had nasty attitude because I wake how long on the mobile order after I saw them serve 3 customers after me that was also waiting ,I just got a burger and fries nothing special

We visited this location on a Saturday around 11:30pm. Although the burgers ordered were soggy, the apple pie was great.

When we got our order I noticed the staff pointing in our direction and laughing before we drove off.
My go to place for breakfast. The Frisco breakfast sandwich starts my day

Was told I could not have a strawberry peach lemonade they weren't allowed to mix flavors. Then said I wasn't even allowed to have a flavor in a lemonade with a coupon period. Southern hospitality is non existent in the places i have been. Competence in nonexistent. Just all out awful service then gonna say smart Ellic I hope your day gets better ok bye. It was fine until I tried to get a lemonade here!

Not sure which is worse. The substandard service or the uninviting food. Staffed by young kids who aren't even willing to speak to you. Yelling at each other like they are in the streets. Management used to teach employees to leave their hip hop lifestyle at home. The general public does not want to see all your shenanigans. My sandwich look like someone took a spoon and stabbed into it about five times. I don't guess there's any need for me to go on. This is what we have come to expect for fast food service today. In fact this is the service industry anywhere.
