We enjoyed Hilltop Diner, starting with the friendly greeting when we walked in. “Hey, y’all. Sit where ya like.” Breakfast was good and satisfying, especially the sweet cream pancakes.
Omelette was maybe one of the best I have had in years. Great customer service. Just passing through, and if back, will stop again. Also, Charlie was a great guy to talk to. Very nice.
If you like sweet pancakes, they have the best pancakes, hands down. I would take them over IHOP and Cracker Barrel any day. Their service is great too. Today I called in an order when I was about 3 minutes from the restaurant. 4 minutes later I was back in my car with my food.
