After 45 minutes of waiting, and there was barely anybody in the restaurant, we had to leave because we had somewhere else to be. The waitress, whose name was Jordan told us “we’ll comp the meal” and offered no apologies or anything. It makes sense why Hooters is and has been on the decline for years. And by the way, all we ordered was some wings, nothing else. Absolutely pathetic.

Our waitress, Hira I believe, was amazing. She let us know upon being seated she was the only server, but that never once affected her quality of service. Every part of this experience was on point. I went for my birthday, and left completely satisfied. I, obviously, always go for the wings... And the steamed peel n eat shrimp. Not once has my shrimp ever been over cooked, cold, or under seasoned. Drinks were absolutely perfect, we ordered 2 each of mango margaritas and frozen Pina coladas and they were amazing. The only "negative" thing I'd say is really on management for not informing staff on "12 days of Christmas" promos, among other promotions, to push them, and drive up ticket sales. But I honestly don't want to put a negative connotation on a very positive experience.

Came here with my hubby to watch the Tyson/Paul fight and eat buffalo shrimp and some amazing wings. Hooters did not disappoint!! Always one of my favorite places to get wings and watch football and boxing!!
