Food is good.. only thing they over cooked the Rooski chicken sandwich and it was rubbery tasting. The Reuben with a marinated carrot was amazing though!

Today was the 1st time my family and I ordered food from the Hot Dog Depot. How was my experience? Awesome! Brittany was cool, professional, and a straight-up bada$$ when it comes to performance excellence!!! She and a couple of staff members made the food fresh and made sure that every ((6 cars within (4) minutes from the time we arrived)) customer in line received their food quickly and accurately. 'We'll be back' is what I said before turning onto Albright road in my quest for homeđ Thank You Brittany & Crew

This location is usually really good and it saddens me to write this review but I honestly had an unpleasant experience here with my mom 04/23/25 around 6:45pm (give or take). The lady at the ordering window was super friendly but when we pulled around to wait for our food we werenât greeted on the other side like usual and the boy running that window had us wait about 15 minutes while we watched him and the blonde lady make somewhere around 3 or 4 different orders that werenât ours until he opened the window and asked if we were DoorDash (I wonât lie, he was honestly a really kind person with a good customer service attitude with handling our frustrations). We said no and my mom said something along the lines of âwe ordered at the window and have been waitingâ and his face was clearly in shock. I understand working in the food industry things get busy and arenât always easy, especially considering it was Weiner Wednesday but we were just sitting there waiting on our food that whole time prior just to find out our bag was the same one sitting there the whole time on the right side from when we first pulled up :( he assumed we were DoorDash and never asked and thatâs where the irritation on my mom and Iâs end came from. Iâll definitely come back here because I understand it was probably a one time thing but I was disappointed to see my hot dogs were cold and my momâs hotdog was missing one ingredient. All in all it tasted great, I just think with better communication these issues couldâve been solved on the front end.

Well we used to really like coming here, but they've cut out all vegetarian options except for the carrot dog. No reason to visit anymore, sadly. Really try to support local... but nothing left for me to eat.

Please keep in mind. This is a drive-through takeout restaurant. The parking lot is a little confusing but take your time and read the signs. I got Chicago dog and fries from here and they were outstanding. The best way I think is to look online at their menu and order because there are so many variations. Itâs kind of mind numbing when youâre trying to order from the window. Remember that youâre ordering at the window no speaker box. staff is super fast super friendly outstanding.

I ordered a cheeseburger and tater tots. The associate who took my order was polite and well-spoken. My meal was delicious. I will definitely visit Hot Dog Depot again.
