I didnt even get a chance to try the lunch menu. I had the breakfast earlier at the locatipn, self serve kiosk was down. Even if it wasnt fixed by lunch there was no warning label about it. I know because 2 minutes into standing in line i realized the older man in front of me hadnt ordered or had any idea about the self serve kiosk. I had to flag down who i assumed was the shift manahet who gave me attitude about having to take a manual order. I had to point to the older man and say he was ahead of me despite clearly being in front of me. I waited 5 min after the old man no acknowledgement. I flag her down a second time and she ask did i need something. I start my order and she cuts me off to focus on drive through and id have to wait. Bottom line go to QT, its across the street and your out in 5 mins with people that understand CUSTOMER service.

The worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The food was terrible the customer service was terrible. Nothing had any flavor to it. And they seem very biased because of my color. I will definitely never go here again.

I recently ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with curly fries and a medium coke. I also asked for the single smash jack, when I had checked my bag almost at my house. I only received a single burger and a small straight frie. Never will I go back

The staff at this location is the worst. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve pulled up at 8:00 when they open, and the employees and manager don’t pull up until 8:15. If you come later in the day, they only have 2 or 3 people so you sit and wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I’ve honestly never seen a slower fast food location.

Went through the drive through ordered 5 combos. Get to the window and after a while the lady starts to hand my drinks, I asked for drink trays. She hands my two drinks in a tray then starts to hand me the other drinks. I asked for another tray and she hands me one still folded up and said I’m by myself and I would need to unfold it. I then said I’m missing a bottle water. She said I didn’t charge you for that. It was the drink with one of my five combos I replied. I pulled around and checked my food. I’m missing a fry and nuggets. So I go in. There was one car behind me and one customer inside. Not busy at all. I go to the counter and tell the lady what I’m missing and she said I didn’t charge you for that. I show her my receipt and said yes the top two are nugget meals. She was non to happy but had the cool make more nuggets and gave me my missing food. A company is only as good as the people representing it. In this case the lady has a bad attitude was combative and rude. I really don’t think she wanted to be there at all. Maybe she should get a job where she doesn’t have to deal with customers. Absolutely horrible! On top of that my sourdough sandwich’s bread was hard a rock like it had been left out for days. Couldn’t even eat it. Do not visit this establishment.

Waited forever to even be able to place an order thru drive thru, when I did place my order, the lady cut me off before I was even done ordering. As I got to the window to pay, we waited another 15 to 20 min before she even acknowledged me at the window, meanwhile she had already made my daughter's milkshake,we sat at the window not so patiently waiting and watching her milkshake melt. We finally got noticed and when she took our money and handed us our food, they're was never a thank you, no smile and absolutely 0 costumer service! It was clear she hated her job and people as far as that goes. Prob will not go back!

They cheated me out of my money I was suppose to have three sandwiches but only got one by the delivery by Uber eats i don't trust these drivers because they do be stealing the delivery driver name is Daniel by Uber eats. That's crazy had me paying all that money but left my other sandwich out or he ate it kept it for himself. That's bad service and I want a my other burger

Order the loaded wedges with no ranch a week ago. Checked after I pulled off & it was missing the bacon. I pulled back around, informed them of the mistake & the cook came out & said, “We ain’t got no bacon, that’s why it ain’t on there.” I made a formal complaint through the website the same day, a week ago, & never heard back. This location doesn’t care about quality or service & neither does corporate apparently.
