Went thru drive thru and ordered combos. Only got burgers and they didn't give us a receipt. My husband did the math and is under the impression that the rang everything up individually. This seems to be a recurring issue for this location. Normally I wouldn't care but we hardly ever get fastfood and so those fries are a treat that my daughter looks forward to!

This location just keep going down hill for me, they act like they don’t want to be there. Yes I get it’s the holidays. BUT COME ON NOW LETS BE. THEY GAVE ME TWO BOTTOM BUNS WHICH I KNOW THAT WAS DONE ON PURPOSE B/c two of you had not so kind words with my partner before hand. Service sucks food was cold when receiving it. But it’s fine I won’t be back

Idk Whats going on at this jack in the box but on three seperate occasions they have just not given me my full order and its basically a waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. I could understand once but three times???

Terrible stuck in drive thru line now for 35 minutes. Can't leave until people in front of me (1 car) get out of the way. Never did take my order.
