I want to start off by saying I've never had bad service at this location. Yeah my order sometimes has been messed up or something missing or they been out of something or I've waited long times in drive thru, but other than that it's been pleasant. Tonight I went there, I decided to go in because I didn't see something on the menu. I was immediately greeted by an amazing employee I believe she was a manager but not sure. The name on my receipt was Scottia. This woman is the pure definition of perfect customer service. I honestly have been having a terrible day all day and she didn't know that. I was apprehensive even grabbing dinner out because I just knew something was going to go wrong but to my surprise everything was perfect. The employees we interacted with was very accommodating and polite. They pretty much put every meal into different bags and informed me on what was what. I didn't feel rushed to place my order or feel like an inconvenience to them. This was exactly what I needed today especially out of all days. It takes nothing to be nice to a customer and it means everything especially to someone who just needs a break. I will go to work tonight in a better mood and I have MS. Scottia and Jack in the box to thank for this. Scottia if you read this thank you so much for your outstanding customer service tonight I cannot thank you enough!!!! You and your coworkers deserve to be acknowledged for your hard work, excellent customer service and team work. Thanks again!!!!

Yikes! Super long wait, The soda machine is missing all major sodas and flavors, half the meal was missing, got the wrong sauce, no soap in the bathroom, half the employees either don't know what they are doing or do not care at all, didn't get enough sauce when I asked for the right kind. I think the manager is the only one who cares and they did everything they could to make it right

This place is a nasty dump. Dirty walls, old worn paint, the soda machine is broken and the food is sloppy and gross

The manager was on her break and I had asked if we could still order our food. It was obvious she's had a busy night so I told her I didn't mind waiting until after her break was over. She insisted on taking my and my friend's order. We talked for a bit and she ended up being a pretty cool person to meet. She prepped our food and everything for us. Would definitely go back.

Slow Morning service
i’m so sorry but this place is always out of everything and will deliver food you did not order and leave out what you did. employees act annoyed when you talk to them and walk off without notice mid order. we’ve tried this place a few times and it’s always a confusing and frustrating experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did I wait for 20 minutes to get 20 tacos, we received our food ICE COLD. When we went back to get a refund for everything. She asked if the drink were okay because since we have already received those and nothing was wrong with them that she would not refund them.

Pulled up and there’s only two employees and they’re only doing mobile orders. So I had to spend 10 to 15 minutes, trying to download the app and register.
Took 30 minutes to get my food. I ordered tacos, burgers and curly fries. They made me wait in the front for them to bring me out my food. When I asked her for buttermilk sauce. she told me they’re out of buttermilk sauce. to be honest, I think she just didn’t wanna walk back and bring it to me.
Not to forget to mention, our food was completely cold when we got it
This place is so rundown
Where is corporate to shut this place down? Some people should not be franchise owners.
Where is the health department because I can guarantee they have a dirty kitchen. They can’t even get enough employees to run the place let alone clean the place.

I ordered a boba milk tea, and there’s no possible way the boba pearls are prepared properly. They were hard and grisly. And I’m pretty sure they gave me coffee instead of milk tea. I don’t think I’ll be trying Jack-in-the-Box again any time soon.

First informals everything about the store was hood got ready to order the food and everything on the menu they did not have nothing but burgers, no tacos no eggrolls didn’t even have some of the drinks. The cashier was twisting her hair without washing her hands Whoever the general manager is of this store needs to address everything about the store for it to be my first time coming it was Not my environment to be Un spent $29 for two people to eat Don’t care about the calls give me options on what I can’t eat first as experiences are the best experience that Sales and more for your store

We visited this place twice, about 4 weeks apart. Service is very slow. It is by no means fast food. We have waited 25 minutes for a simple small order each time. This place was almost empty (3 customers) and 4-5 workers.
