Last 3 times in a row order was wrong and today me and 3 others left drive thru after waiting forever only to be told gonna be a bit unless have online order. Can’t believe actually went there again!!!!!!!

Horrible all around. Should not be described as a fast food restaurant. We went through the drive through and were told to wait in a parking spot after. 30 minutes later nothing. Waste of time and money. There’s literally just one guy in there taking orders and cooking slowly. It should not be open and I’ll assume it will go out of business soon. Avoid at all costs

I've been coming here since 2015. The food is great. Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time if you're going through the drive-thru. Takes 10 to 20 minutes. Slow slow slow. This is a shame since I love Jack in the Box menu. It has been this way at this location for years. Why can't they just hire an extra person to help make this location competitive with other fast food in the area?

We waited in the drive thru for over a half hour. We were eating early bc we were taking our dog to the vet. So we sat there a long time before and after she took our order. Our order was wrong but we couldn't do anything about it at that time, and it took forever to get our food and when we did it was sloppy and messy I couldn't eat. We didn't get a hamburger that we ordered. We will not be going to that jack n the box again.

We pulled up in the drive-thru and a lady rudely said “doordash or mobile orders only” due to staffing supposedly. Well we place a mobile order and pull up to the window…the lady said they were out of any tea so we told her what we wanted instead. She only gave us two of the three drinks we ordered slammed the window shut. We waited a while for her to finally notice we were still there and we told her we were missing one drink. Without a word she abruptly turned around and walked away to go check her screen. Then she stormed back over and asked what we wanted. Basic human kindness has escaped this location. It’s not that hard. Just be kind.

Drive thru lunch order. Forgot the fries on 1 order, was out of nuggets and offered tenders. Had to walk in to get order fixed. Food was good but a pain to stop and get order fixed.

I want to start off by saying I've never had bad service at this location. Yeah my order sometimes has been messed up or something missing or they been out of something or I've waited long times in drive thru, but other than that it's been pleasant. Tonight I went there, I decided to go in because I didn't see something on the menu. I was immediately greeted by an amazing employee I believe she was a manager but not sure. The name on my receipt was Scottia. This woman is the pure definition of perfect customer service. I honestly have been having a terrible day all day and she didn't know that. I was apprehensive even grabbing dinner out because I just knew something was going to go wrong but to my surprise everything was perfect. The employees we interacted with was very accommodating and polite. They pretty much put every meal into different bags and informed me on what was what. I didn't feel rushed to place my order or feel like an inconvenience to them. This was exactly what I needed today especially out of all days. It takes nothing to be nice to a customer and it means everything especially to someone who just needs a break. I will go to work tonight in a better mood and I have MS. Scottia and Jack in the box to thank for this. Scottia if you read this thank you so much for your outstanding customer service tonight I cannot thank you enough!!!! You and your coworkers deserve to be acknowledged for your hard work, excellent customer service and team work. Thanks again!!!!

Yikes! Super long wait, The soda machine is missing all major sodas and flavors, half the meal was missing, got the wrong sauce, no soap in the bathroom, half the employees either don't know what they are doing or do not care at all, didn't get enough sauce when I asked for the right kind. I think the manager is the only one who cares and they did everything they could to make it right

The manager was on her break and I had asked if we could still order our food. It was obvious she's had a busy night so I told her I didn't mind waiting until after her break was over. She insisted on taking my and my friend's order. We talked for a bit and she ended up being a pretty cool person to meet. She prepped our food and everything for us. Would definitely go back.
