I don't know what the issue was but this is just plain laziness. I've worked in the food industry and I would not give someone this. They added lettuce which I didn't ask for, didn't add the onions I did ask for, it was squished, not fully cut in half, and I'm just really disappointed. Food costs a lot these days and eating out is a luxury for some people, I feel like you all could do better. Pictures here to show how my food was squished and the bag it came in that was smashed.

Went there a few weeks ago. Absolutely, horrible sandwiches. We got two of them and could not eat either of them.
I reached out to them and someone contacted me to apologize and got my address, stating they were going to mail out gift certificates due to my experience. They only do physical certificates and I should receive them in about 5 days.
Well, that was over 2 weeks ago and haven't seen a thing.
So, I'm guessing their customer service and resolutions is as bad as their food.
Lesson learned. There are several other places to buy subs. I suppose when they lose business they'll actually care about customers.

Very clean upon entering. Greeted right away. Then served right away as well. The team was busy cooking, prepping, and cleaning as well, while the one served me. Great attitudes by all. Quick and just the way I wanted it.

Stopped by for a take out order. Best made sandwiches I’ve ever had at a Jersey Mikes. They seemed to really take pride in their work, which I really appreciated. Will drive out of my way again to go to this location instead of the other two near me.

Went to grab a sub today. Whilst topping my sub the cutting boards was never cleaned, leading to the entire bottom of my sub being drenched it oil. When cutting my sub the trainee smashed my sub because they were just pushing down with the serrated knife and not slicing. All in all I was left with a smooshed soggy sub. (My sub was made by a trainee so I understand the lack of knowledge, but no other employees stepped in to help or correct the mistakes leading to a quite terrible sub and experience.

Went to get a sub . Employees was nasty. Workers standing there like they didn't want to be at work . No one spoke when we came in finally got our sandwiches made. One of the Employees rung me up . I went to put the money In her hand she pulled her had back so I couldn't touch her hand she let the money fall on the counter. Bad experience will not go back. I hope they treat costumers better.

Been here a few times but today the guys working there at 4:30 p.m. we're awesome lol. Very friendly and overall made the service very enjoyable!! Will be back again!
Very RUDE Manager !!! I came in to do a DoorDash order and soon as I walked in no acknowledgment. Okay cool, so I went to use the bathroom came back out no one asked til about 3 mins later, I over heard her saying she needed to go home I guess she was overwhelmed from a Days of work band I understand the restaurant business, so finally I told her what order I was picking up, she made me aware she was working on it. I sat down, okay several caucasian men walked in she greeted them and was on their orders. I sat and waited patiently for my order, then another African American lady walked in she or the staff didn’t acknowledge her I was like WOW!! So she finished with my order and another young man( Caucasian) at the same time she handed him his and he grabbed it out her hand then went to hand me mines and she sat it on the stand to pick up door dash orders, I was in shock she also called out the customers name that I was picking up and said “or how ever you say the name” I was totally wild by this. I was acknowledging how clean the store was and how they had a Nice variety of chips vs some of the other stores but I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK THERE TO EAT … to door dash maybe cause I can’t control orders and that’s my job !!! BUT DO BETTER MA’AM ~ Signed the beautiful black girl with the beautiful Auburn hair !!
