Love Jersey Mikes, but this location is trash, ridiculously slow service, even when ordering ahead a half hour I was still waiting because they didn't make my sandwich, even though the app said it was ready. Go to a different one.

This store is unorganized. I was here a few times for a Dash pick up and after lunch time, the line was out to the door.

Tables were dirty.
The glass doors were full of greasy finger prints. GROSS

Never seems to be a Manager there to help with the long lines.

I used to be in the restaurant business. I recently spoke a new Manager; Maxx.

Never received a call back just to be a sandwich maker. Nor did he ask questions in regards to my application from Indeed.com

He lacked people skills.

So different from the original Jersey Mike's establishment in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ.

Now when I get a dash order for the Rock Hill location, I cancel it.

I have been to this Jersey Mike’s location since I was a little girl and never have I ever had the experience that I had today by an employee. I appreciate that it is hard being in this industry and things get super busy, but saying out loud in front of customers “literacy and comprehension skills go a long way” insinuates to a customer that they are the problem and they are stupid instead of owning up to making a mistake.

This employee almost gave me someone’s dinner order (of several subs) and I being an honest person told her it wasn’t my order and that I only had a mini Mike.

The lady who had been there before me even seemed to have issues with them as she told me that this employee was snapping at everyone coming in with a mobile order.

I really don’t understand how this location has gone downhill so badly. It has always been by go-to location, but I will not be coming back until things change.

Hello I went in to purchase me and my daughter food . Nice n clean . But the employee, I think her name was Ashley very rude. Seem to get an attitude when I ask for extra pickles and mayo on both sides of my bread and while making my sandwich, she walked away and answer the phone. No good Customer service at all . Didn’t even ask me if I wanted to use my points

Excellent customer service this evening (8p). The gentleman behind the counter who provided the service was clean cut, polite, and smiled, and his appearance was refreshingly normal. That is hard to come by these days. I let him know before leaving the store how much i appreciated his customer service.

FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!!! AND WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! My family and I ordered via the JM's app and EVERY SINGLE SANDWICH WAS WRONG!!!!! WTH is the point in ordering what you want if they don't even bother too look at it!!! You CAN'T put things on orders people are allergic too!!!!!!!!!! So now I'm sitting here and ordered my entire family dinner that we can't eat. And It took dd so long too get too us the stores closed!!!! and they left out the cookie...this place is a joke!!!!

If you order from the app, expect them to let your sandwich sit there with meat cut on it unrefridgerated 10+ minutes while other orders are put in front of yours.

Just ordered 2 sandwiches less than a hr ago and me and my friend are both sick. Spoke to the manager on duty Ashley was very rude and unprofessional. I would never eat or advise anyone to eat here. Nasty food. Nasty attitude and nasty service. If I could post without any stars given I would because none is deserved.Just horrible.
