They definitely need to change their slogan from freaky fast to freaken slow. I order from here all the time and it has turned into at least a 45 to hr wait now it’s at least a hr or more. Plus ingredients just ain’t as fresh and good as they use to be.

This is my favorite sub shop and all of the food I've gotten has been great outside of the chips. For some reason despite everything else being wrapped or closed properly, every time I order chips for delivery order the bag is partially open and tastes really stale.

Came in on my dinner break. I get 30 min. Already took 10 to get here. I walk in, the guy at the front waits for me to order. Then says we don’t have any French bread. It’s baking in the oven, but you can do a wrap or lettuce wrap. How you gonna run out of ready bread at a sandwich shop? Other than not prepare it in a reasonable amount of time so you don’t run out. I had to order my sub in a wrap. Wraps are cool, but not what you really expect when you eat at Jimmy John’s. Wish I would have chosen somewhere else to eat my work dinner out for the first time in 4 months.
