On multiple visits and on $100 orders, I request extra sauces (both Soy Sauce and Mustard for the Egg Rolls) and don't even get enough for each person to have their own mustard pkt for an Egg roll and barely enough Soy to put on an individual serving of other entrees. What could otherwise be a somewhat satisfying meal, becomes regretful purchase. Do better next time or it will be my last!!

I'll call tomorrow!!! Very disappointed, money, not well spent!!!!
I’ve never been so disappointed. The food is bland the chicken has a weird after taste. My son found an egg shell in his food. Would not recommend.

didn’t go in just had a DoorDash. Was a little more expensive than our typical Chinese restaurant wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t go back just because of the food it wasn’t that exceptional but it was all good. I would eat there again but our local closer one is probably on par.

I ordered through uber eats. Unfortunately you cannot right a review via the app. They only use the star system. So I came here to let others know. I ordered multiple items and the food looked great. However after a few bites of my bourbon chicken I noticed a bug. Which didn’t bother me at first cause sometimes a fruit fly may get in food. No big deal. But then I really looked at the dish and was horrified to see that these little bug were in the entire thing. Lots of them. I don’t know what they were. I ended up throwing everything out because I was then worried about the food safety standards they hold themselves to. I personally have work in the food industry for many years and always give places the benefit of doubt. But this was unacceptable and extremely disappointing. Please do better, food safety is very important.

Order was wrong. The girl clearly didn’t understand what I was saying. I was supposed to get shrimp and broccoli with shrimp fried rice. Plain fried rice and they rice was way undercooked. Shrimp and broccoli too salty. Second order was suppose to be shrimp and broccoli with low mein noodles. Got plain fried rice.
Absolutely the WORST!! Run, do not eat here. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, just greasy fried chicken small strips, rice...NO SAUCE!! at all!!. Did I mention greasy? The other order was correct, but the chicken was tough and stringy (old) . This place is a hit and miss, but $30+ it is not worth the chance, and even when they get the order right, no more than 3 stars would be given. We tossed the menus along with dinners..never again.

We dine here several times a month. No issues with pick up. Delivery however is not great. We have ordered delivery a total of 5 times. The only special instructions is “please add duck sauce and soy sauce packets.” I always put the request on instructions for each item. And never receive any Duck or soy sauce. I even called once to request they read the instructions and add packets, and still no sauce. It is not the delivery driver’s responsibility. As much as we like the food there and have no issues when we pick up, we will no longer dine there. Whether an order is delivered or pick up Jing Jing should follow instructions and want their customers to be pleased and happy with their order. Great customer service should be given to ALL orders- dine in, pick up, or delivery

The egg rolls are very bad and the veggie rolls were unrolled
Ordered online. I was working in the area, placed an order online.
Got there a few minutes early, it was hot and ready before the estimated time!
Was greeted by a young woman at the counter as soon as i walked in the door. The restaurant was clean and looked great, first thing I noticed was the organization of orders made and being made.
My first time here and I'm very pleased! The food is delicious!
I'm a fan of Gen Tso chicken.
I'll be back when I'm working in Rockhill again.

Always fast and friendly, and they have most of the staples you expect from a Chinese restaurant. I don't think the food is exceptional, but it's definitely good enough. Would return in the future!
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of dishes that you can get without meat.

We love this place. My husband and I also get take out from here on Friday when I get off work. The food is amazing. The only issue I have is the young people that work at the register. You're not greeted when you come in. They also look mad and are always on their phone.

Sorry for the "minus one star" on service but...hubby went in to get our to go order and forgot to ask for soy sauce. So, I went in for it. The girl at the counter was doing something and gave me the "just wait a minute" look. No problem so far. The guy there seemed busy also because he looked at me and continued whatever he was doing. Someone else came in and he immediately stopped what he was doing and offered to help them. It was only a couple minutes but seemed forever given the unnecessary time waiting just to get condiments. Suggestion...put it out for self-serve, like it used to be.
