My favorite coffee spot other than Dunkin. I usually drinks regular hot coffee, cream and sugar. This places coffee i got last time was warm at best but their fancier coffees like their Frappe's are GREAT. Get the caramel one often and is always good. Not usually anybody behind the counter but they accommodate you when you walk up and are always friendly

Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews for this place, but I just got a cup of coffee and the barista who served me was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly, very accommodating, and I would go here over Starbucks any day!

Café lobby was extremely dirty, drink took way too long to make and tasted like the espresso shots sat for too long. The barista stopped in the middle of my drink to do dishes, and overall it just felt very disorganized. Customer service was lacking, but they seem extremely understaffed, so I understand in a way. I regret paying nearly $7 for a drink that I ended up throwing away halfway through. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

We were literally the only customers when we walked in at 10 on a Saturday morning. We ordered 4 drinks, and 30 minutes later we had three of them. When they started serving the next customers I asked where our fourth drink drink was and got blank stares. I've never seen such a blinding display of incompetence in my life.
