Food was cold and disgusting. I wasted of my money. We had to pull up and waut for over 10 minutes. No ice in drinks. Rude staff. Sauces were wrong. Don't eat here unless you want to be disappointed. Thr employees know they wouldn't eat the mess thry gave us and should be reprimanded for poor quality food and service.

I called a order in and when I get there they are telling me that they gave the order away meantime everybody standing around laughing and talking I had to wait 14 minutes on somebody to say can I help you meanwhile no one's in line nobody's at the drive-thru KFC need to get people that want to work and not just come to work instead of waiting to see if someone else is going to assist customers this happen every time I come to KFC on Ebenezer it don't make sense

I recently visited KFC and was thoroughly impressed by the service I received through the drive-thru. From the initial greeting to the final handoff of my order, the staff demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and genuine courtesy.
The order was taken accurately and processed quickly, and the team member at the window was polite, well-spoken, and attentive. My food was served hot, fresh, and exactly as requested — clearly reflecting the team's attention to quality and consistency.
It’s refreshing to encounter such a high standard of customer service, especially in a fast-paced environment like a drive-thru. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I commend the staff for their excellent service and positive attitude. I will certainly return and highly recommend this location to others.

This location has the best team members!!! The drive-through staff is always so friendly and doesn't seem impatient when making your order. The food is hot and fresh. I've never picked up stale or overcooked food. This trip, we had the new dunk it bucket, and it was delicious.

LMFAAAAAAAOOOOOOOO. I have no words. I drove off. But as I arrived to the speaker, I gave half of my order and was rudely interrupted by an argument between employees specifically about the previous cars order, I listened to the argument between employees for about three minutes before I said excuse me and drove off. That's awful.
Great service! Monya was my cashier and she was sooo sweet! Thank you for your patience with me! It’s hard to come by nice workers nowadays that greet you with a smile. The food was wonderful also!

This store once was a good place the drive thru would go fast now if you go in the afternoon at lunch or dinner it's sad me and my father went here to get a bite to eat the drive thru wasn't even moving so we decided to go in and when we did the workers ignored us like there wasn't customers in line and looked right at us and didn't take any orders if they wasn't taking orders they could of at least put up a sign or tell us they wasn't taking orders but instead they ignored us sad service 👎🏻
