This location sucks. EVERYTIME I come to this location there is always a wait at least 20-30 min NO MATTER what you order. I placed an order about 35 min ago online and they told me my food would be ready 5:05, we got here 5:16p and the food still had 15 min according to them. The workers ALWAYS are dry, meaning never come across polite. The food be fresh but cooked to hard. This is the closet location to my house but I would rather drive out the way for better service.

I hate this is the only kfc in my area cause they suck! The service is slow attitudes stank and NEVER ready when app says it will be. If you can save your time money and headache and go to another spot for your chicken.

This location always forgets to put things in the bag so always check before you leave. They also always mark a mobile order ready for pickup WAY before theyre done with it, sometimes before they even start. I've waited upward of 10 minutes after they marked my order ready for pickup before it was actually ready.
At least every employee I've interacted with was nice.

This kfc has really gone downhill I’ve had several instances where we’ve had to wait over 30 minutes and after waiting many times they would leave out portions of my order every time along with this the chicken is nasty and leaves an nasty old oil taste
Person running register called out “big box” like we are supposed to know what that is then when I went up to grab my order asked me if I could hear extremely rude won’t be back came here on 4-18-25 at 12:30 for lunch

I came through the drive thru on 3-20-25. I ordered the chicken pot pie. There was a vehicle in front of me placing a large order. They made her pull up to bring her order out to her. I was told it would be 6 minutes for my pot pie and they would bring it out to me. I said fine. The lady with the large order never got her food and had to go inside to get it. I waited 18 minutes and also had to go inside to get my food. There were many people inside sitting around waiting for their food. No one was happy. I went to the counter. It took 5 minutes for someone to help me. I told them I was a drive thru that never got my food. It was handed to me with no apology for the delay. You could tell the atmosphere was bad. There was enough employees in the back to be able to handle the orders but no one cared. I'll think twice about stopping here again

Ordering my food. Told me to go park, sit there for 35 mins. As they were Trying to work the drive through and having them park.Also..Came out and said they ran out of chicken and it would be 35 to 40 minutes before getting chicken. I said just give me my money back. Had to walk in to get refund they had doors looked. Place was dirty!! 3 people in side working. The other 3 was outside smoking.and on the phone..Always have trouble at that KFC. Will NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Hours say open till 10 pm. 🤔 This was about 7:20... Left there and went to bojangles. And it was a 35 minute. Wait on dirty rice. Omg!! So had to order another sides. Order the 8 piece. Got home opened box, Got a five piece. And the two legs where still PINK!! No more bojangles!!!! They need someone in there with some supervision in both places!! They just think they can run the place the way they want to. And they're losing bissness, both places... Next time I'll cook my own damn chicken at home. Or I'll go to shrimp boat. Never a problem there!! Ruin. My whole dinner. Picked at the two sides, And the biscuit was the best thing.. The rest goes in the trash!!!! Thanks KFC For screwing up big time, and Bojangles For screwing up the rest of the night.. Will be calling Corporate office tomorrow..
