Shorted one piece of chicken. The chicken was terrible. It was like the chicken was was from the bottom of the pan, full of grease, skin was soft and falling off the chicken as you picked it up.

Every time I go there, they're always forgetting my tea, my biscuits, or something. I think they do it on purpose. They don't put the breast in the bucket. They replace them with thighs. Check your order before you leave.

Ordered 8 piece meal with two sides - the potatoes were not mixed well still had dry potatoe flakes in it- the Mac n cheese looked like it had been sitting out all day . The chicken looked like it had been dropped on the floor and they did not ask what preference of bucket we wanted. We got all dark meat no breast and the biscuits tasted like they were a week old. No gravy came with the meal . We spent 29.00 for this garbage. Tried to call them they don’t answer the phone and the voice mailbox is full. Javion was the cashier. They all need to be fired or retrained . This is unacceptable.

Food seems to continue to go down hill. Seems like they may need to change the grease they are using for fries and chicken. Food has a bad after taste.

The cashier taking the order was great, very attentative to me and other customers. The manager lacked managerial skills, was yelling out about needing Cole slaw made, saying someone should go make some or they'd be out.....never did she identify who to go make the slaw....just kept yelling. Then voiced out about making nuggets for a phone order. She needed training on how to get items done without yelling so that the customers in the store knew the situation in the kitchen. Maybe she had a bad day, but don't throw it on everyone. Food was good.

I came to the drive-thru and I ordered three piece meal and two chicken sandwiches and they said it takes 7 minutes to cook the chicken sandwich I said okay no problem I paid for the food I said I'm going across the street to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine and come back and exactly took me six and a half minutes I came back try to get inside the doors are locked now this is 10 after 8:00 p.m. everybody ignores you when you standing by the door so can I pick up my food I have to wait in the draft throw line again with 20 cars front of me because they decided to close the front door early that day that is completely unacceptable and ridiculous I hope they will do something about it

If you are going here. Check your bag and food. They will put anything in your bag just to get the line down. They will also rush you and not put all your items in the bag. I just left there 08/15/2025. They will also charge you and not give you a receipt. I asked for mines and it was balled up after the girl took it out the trash. Bad service and experienced here. I don’t not recommend
