Coffee is good and we visit often but our Saturday experience was a bummer. My family and I came during afternoon hours long before closing. While trying to enjoy our coffee and time together a staff member started mopping. The chemical smell was super strong so we chugged our coffees and left quickly. As a migraine sufferer companies need to be careful doing things like this. A full shop clean is not part of the coffee experience and can be “dangerous” for some.

Knowledge Perk Coffee in Rock Hill is such a gem! The coffee is amazing, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff (shoutout to Jane) is genuinely kind and welcoming. Every drink I’ve tried has been delicious and made with care. It’s the perfect spot to work, relax, or catch up with friends. Highly recommended!

Knowledge Perk is such a gem. Amazing coffee, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the perfect place to get work done or relax. The space has so much character, and the staff is always kind and welcoming. Easily one of my favorite spots to hang out or focus. Highly recommend!

Awesome coffee, great atmosphere, and amazing service with a smile!

I’ve tried a bunch of coffee spots around Charlotte, but Knowledge Perk is still my favorite by far. Most of the others just don’t compare. That said, I’ve been a little disappointed the last couple of times I ordered the maple bourbon latte, it used to be my go-to, but lately it’s been very inconsistent. Maybe the baristas should measure everything to avoid inconsistency. Hopefully this doesn’t become the norm.

Was trying this coffee shop out while in town for USDGC disc golf tournament.
Enjoyed the banana pancake iced coffee and then come to find out they were almost our neighbors for vending at USDGC!

The coffee is YUMMY!! Banana pancake cold brew and pumpkin pie latte! Love it. Kayla and Jane who made our drinks and took our order was very friendly and kind.

Overall a good spot. Nice atmosphere and the coffee I had was great. My only issue is the pricing. I was charged $18 for a coffee and a croissant. That's just absurd, honestly. As someone who's worked in a couple coffee shops, there's no way the margins are so bad to where they need to charge $7-8 for a latte and $10 for a croissant with some apples and whipped cream. Outside of the pricing issue, the staff was super friendly and the shop was very clean.

Also, with how the pricing is set up, having a payment screen set to tip 15-25% automatically is wild. I'm not sure how much baristas are paid here, but with these prices, tips shouldn't feel required.
