This place is always extremely slow, and the owner, who works the register, lacks customer service skills. It feels like I'm walking into the DMV. They have been intentionally understaffed for years. If you can't hire more workers in a three-year span, you either don't want to pay someone or you're the problem. Every time I order two basic meals, it takes a minimum of thirty minutes, if not longer. I would recommend going to another hibachi place, even if it requires a drive; they will still get your food quicker despite the longer drive. Take your money where it's appreciated. Now I understand their three-star review.

Tonight, June 6, 2024, it’s been a while since I’ve been but when I walked in the owner greeted me last four digits of my phone number without me saying the word call me my name and then ask because it’s been a while since I’ve been to the restaurant And my opinion that’s the best service of all is great. The owners are beautifully welcoming wonderful people. I’m so glad I live in this area. To enjoy their business at five stars in my book

Food is always great, I get the hibachi steak and the shrimp sauce is amazing. Owners are extremely nice, hard working people. They can get busy so just plan accordingly when calling in your order, but they are well worth it!
Don’t waste your time. I literally just waited a half an hour and paid $12 for this. Barely any steak at all… Take your business elsewhere.

got the noodles with broccoli and shrimp, and additionally a side of sweet carrots. the owner is super friendly and wants to make the food just how you like it. everything was tasty. the noodles was just spaghetti you might have in your pantry, but it was seasoned and prepared in a really yummy
