Traveling a 12 hour roadtip, stopped out of our way for fresh Kreme filled donuts and was terribly disappointed.
The woman who serviced us was incredibly rude. Don’t know if the issue was my kids, my ethnicity, my accent, something else, or nothing at all and she’s just a hateful woman. She was annoyed by my questions and wouldn’t answer them directly. I asked 3 times if there were any limitations on doughnut choice in the “assorted bakers dozen” and was told no yet was up charged for every single donut that wasn’t plain glazed. Ironically though I wasn’t able to upgrade the small coffee it came with and instead had to buy an additional drink to get hot chocolate.
Worst of all, after picking 5 of our dozen I asked about kreme filled doughnuts for the remainder; this woman looked at me like I was stupid and said “I’ve never even heard of that.” I call B.S. everyone who knows Krispy Kreme knows kreme filled, it’s practically their signature.
I left here with $30 bucks worth of doughnuts I didn’t even like and such a nasty experience that myself, my husband, and our 4 children ate our doughnuts on the sidewalk rather than sit in the store as we’d planned.

The Boston Kreme doughnuts were not good. We like QTs better. But the glazed were amazing! The ladies were very nice, though, even though they were closing shortly.

This location has to be one of the worst in the country, they got the hot light on yet proceed to give me last night's cold doughnuts, when I go back inside to get my money back the woman proceeds to argue with me of why the donuts are not hot and even though they have the hot light on they are not giving out fresh warm doughnuts, so why have the light? To try and false advertise? Instead of arguing with me could have just given me my refund because in the end you were wrong and were proven wrong, DEI employees I guess.

Good glazed donuts but way overpriced. Momo's much better in Rock Hill area.
Our family always loves this location. Our recent visit was as great as always. The donuts were fresh and delicious.
Hot sign on, had to pull up and park, as we were told they were waiting on glaze donuts, waited 10 minutes or more, guy bought our order to the car, was very polite

Went thru the drive thru to grab some HOT donuts but that was not the case bc they weren’t hot at all. I haven’t had Krispy Kreme in probably 3 years but remember loving them hot but this time I’m very disappointed. They also had me wait in pouring rain with my window down at order screen even though there was not a single person in line. A little frustrating bc I can’t roll. Y window up bc I won’t hear them so I had to sit there using napkins to try and keep my car dry

Every time I seem to take the kids there they always have an excuse of why they don’t have or can’t make hot chocolate this is the fifth time

It’s like ordering donuts from temu all I can say is this is sorry and management needs to address this crap!!!!!!

I used to go to Krispy Kreme on Celanese Road. The donuts do not look good there they are skinny no icing on the donuts and poor customer service. The donuts are not fresh in the case and definitely not good. Krispy Kreme has went downhill I found a new donut place to go to in rock Hill Momo Donuts or I go to Krispy Kreme in Charlotte. Off of 51.

Missed our turn coming in because the lights to the sign were off. Drove through what I thought was a dark alley because drive thru lights were off too. Placed an order online for asap pickup and took at least 15 minutes to get there but still had to wait.
Donuts were poorly iced and unevenly filled. Coffee was gross.
Donuts are fine. Sometimes they run out. Meh.
But JESUS CHRIST. Make, my damn, coffee! When I order "Coffee with extra cream and sugar" don't give me a black cup of coffee and packets of sugar and cream. I'm paying YOU to make ME coffee! Dunkinnand Starbucks don't do that.
This location doesn't seem to get that. Do better. Wise up. Set a standard. I'll try again in a few weeks.
