The Tiarimasu donuts are great, and we're nicely filled. The Canoli donut was just okay, not much taste. The glazed was skimpy with hardly any glaze.

Went in Monday around 3:30 several employees noticed us but no one greeted us or paid any attention to us for a good 5 minutes. Service wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. Ordered 2-3 pack doughnuts 4 lemon filled (the only reason we went) 1 raspberry filled and a birthday cake type. When we arrived home tried our doughnut all 4 of our lemon filled was plain vanilla. I tired calling no one answered, I filled out 2 complaints online no response. I just want a refund for my 4 lemon doughnuts that I didn't get and wasted money on. I live an hour away and I'm SUPER disappointed in the lack of response and of course my doughnuts.

What do you honestly need to know, they have light, flaky, warm doughnuts, I would like to request they bring back actual stores to Indiana, I refuse to buy them from McDonald's or gas stations, they could have a billboard that says fresh I'm still not buying.

Happy National Doughnut Day!! The staff were very friendly and kind even on their busiest day. The strawberry sprinkle doughnut is my all time favorite!
You definitely pay for the quality but it's SO worth it! Watching the donuts come down the glazing line is mine and my family's favorite to watch!

I, like many pulled over quickly noticing the hot light was on. They handle it pretty well but this one day it was extra slow. Upon getting to the window the man thanked us for our patience and offered us a free donut which made my daughters day so all was forgiven. Great service!
