Ordered the mix of donuts. They all were hard and tasted old. They were stale and the ones that had the icing cream filler had literally no cream inside! I have never been so disappointed to spend $22 for my kids to have fresh donuts to get them home and they were disgusting! Do better Krispy Kreme!!!

I’ve been this Krispy Kreme several times. It’s always dirty inside. The employees seem like they are having the worst day of their life. I just got a dozen. The man behind the counter today didn’t even speak. I told him what I wanted and he just held his hand out for payment. Not a word spoken. I tried to use the app but I guess it was too much of a hassle for them.. skip this place if you can.

My wife and I have ordered donuts here before, but we won't be coming back here anymore. The service at this donut shop is horrible. When you place an order online they don't actually make the order until you show up in person to pick it up. Doing that defeats the purpose of making orders online. If they're out of donuts when you get there then you don't get donuts, and they refuse to give you a refund. This is called theft. If you stole from them they wouldn't like it and would try to have arrested, but when they do it to you then they think its ok as far as they're concerned. They claim that you have to call the customer service number to get a refund, which is a lie, since I've had other managers at this business issue me refunds when asked. As far as I'm concerned most of these reviews are probably fake and paid for by the business. When I demanded a refund because they didn't have our donuts ready, that we had already paid for, they threated to call the police on us. We told that we weren't leaving until we got a refund. After that the head manager came out and listened to what we had to say, and then gave us a refund. The funniest part was when the head manager didn't call the police on us after the assistant manager wanted to, and he just stood there pouting impotently, lol.

1 person in front of me, waited for over 10 minutes to place an order. Watched the supervisor walk around doing busy work (aka nothing). 3 more people came into the store, she offered to help them first….. I just came in for a cup of coffee.

I'm a diabetic so I couldn't have any but my family loved them. I was willing to treat myself but I was told they no longer make the sour cream ones anymore and those were my very favorite.
