Not a review of the experience or food at Libbie's, only a question. Why accept a reservation on Open Table when you aren't open? I understand Dec 22 is the holiday season, but it shouldn't be available to reserve. Not complaining, just questioning.
The overall experience was nice. I my wife and I each ordered the sirloin- which was tough and didn't have much flavor. The spinach dip was tasty and the apple dessert was delicious!
A very nice restaurant, spotless, quiet and a varied menu. Waitstaff attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I highly recommend it
Service was friendly and attentive. The spinach dip portion was very small and a bit dry. Tasted good. The beef empanadas were very good. The hamburger had two nice Sized patty. The trio taco was very good and the cod was very good as well.
We started with the deviled eggs and spinach artichoke dip apps and they were really good. I also had the apple mule cocktail and it was quite tasty. Our entrees, shrimp pasta and the cod dish, came out quickly and were delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. Overall a nice dining experience.
We were looking for something in Rock Hill that was nice but not too high priced and not too fancy. We'd read reviews of Libbie's Bistro and are glad we chose it. It was amazingly quiet for a Friday night but we were fine with that. The food (steak and cod) was fantastic and well-portioned. Our server was knowledgeable and came by at the right times and speed. We'll be back!
The food was okay, however the deserts were excellent. Nice ambiance and easy to get to and parking was sufficient. The service was excellent. Some meals were not worth the amount we paid.
Beef empanadas were good. I ordered a lemon drop martini and the bartender apparently had no clue how to make it, the bistro burger has pork belly on it and it was tough and disgusting and overall, nothing great about the burger. My son had the kids spaghetti and it was gross and he wouldn't touch it and I can't blame him. Our server done the bare minimum just to be working. Overall, wasn't impressed and wouldn't return.
Great ambiance ~ delicious food ~ riverside outdoor seating … what more could you ask for ?!?! Love this place
The food was good, service great but there is something missing in terms of ambiance. Whether it be the music styles or lighting, there needs to be something more in order to elevate the experience. A lot of potential here just needs some fine tuning.

We had a bridal brunch this past Saturday and the food was amazing!! Service was top notch! And the bottomless mimosas were great! We’ll be back and are already recommending Libbie’s to our friends and family! Ask for Dane (Great Dane!). He took great care of of us.
Love it, have great food and service. Love the Atmosphere all around.
First time experience and probably will be the last. Service was OK, food was decent - a tad overpriced for the portions - and they were out of a lot of items on the menu tonight. The table next to us waited 15 minutes to get their drinks order (they ended up being free, on the house). The decor was nice, it is a cool open concept, and I had high hopes for this place - a place in RH to compete with Kingsley.
Our server, John-Michael, was great. Very personable, great sense of humor and very efficient. We would request him on our next visit back. Loved the atmosphere and the food was excellent. Definitely will pass the word!!!!
Delightful atmosphere, casual chic. Would be good for any occasion. Open air concept, roll up doors and outdoor seating. The food was only average to below, although there was a nice food selection. My husband order his steak med well and they butterflied it to cook it and it was dry and tough. Brussel sprouts were hard. Our waiter was attentive but several tables around us were served bread before their meal and we were never offered bread even with dinner. We would go back and try burgers next time.
