This place needs to hire someone that knows how to work the cash register. I am NEVER charged the price that the menu states ex special pricing (4pm-8pm) And the guy that works there NEVER knows how to fix it..ATP I have just accepted that he's stealing or their stealing...but either way it's the closest LC so I really have no choice...tried contacting corporate, of course it's just a recording 🙄

They think it is fine that it takes two hours to deliver a pizza. You can’t even call the store and have to talk to overseas people who can’t even speak English

Remember when they started the rewards program and you got the credit from buying pizza building up for a free one and they stop everyone got robbed of it sad
Placed an order including 4 crazy sauces. It was a lot of bread, need the sauce to properly enjoy the bread right?
None of it was there when we got home. Called them and they said it was in the bag with the breadsticks. I had the bag in my hand and it was clearly not in there. I dumped the whole thing on the table. When I tried to tell them, they hung up on me.
Called back and got someone else who said they can't do a refund for just sauce. Sauce they charge over a dollar for, and we ordered a lot. No other solution was offered other than driving across town again to get more sauce.
Make sure you check your order before you leave if you decide to go here. They don't know what they're doing and will blame you when there's an issue with service.

Unsanitary at its finest. Manager had a bloody finger from a cut & was preparing my food with her bare hands. She wanted to laugh in my face when requesting a refund. I've reported to DHEC. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

I arrived and placed my order and waiting on my order over 25 minutes I went back to counter to see what was wrong and they said they didn't know what happened but had to remake my order I stayed there 1 hour waiting on a lunch combo. This place is the worst.
