The food was legit, and It's probably some of the better Italian food I've eaten, but just like many reviews, the service is atrocious. With a dead restaurant, the wait staff took what it seemed to be a walk to Italy and back before they came and checked on the table. I'm not asking for hand and foot service like some of the other power tripping people, but good lord gotta be around at least to see how things were going/if the food was good or not.For those who've dealt with the same thing"You just got Luigi'd"

Luigi’s (Karissa) did a great job with our basketball team, a large party of 16 young men. I had called an hour ahead and they had our table ready with drinks, breadsticks and salads when the team arrived. We will definitely visit in the future while in team trips and highly recommend them. ? ? ? ? ?

U can literally taste Italy in the food. I Had the Sicilian Spaghetti it was amazing, the sauce tasted like it had days of preparation before it made it to my plate. I could taste all the different flavors it consisted of. The garlic bread is a gem also, paired all that with some red wine and I was definitely satisfied. Good portions and Good service too ?

My dad and I went here for a Valentines Day father daughter date. We got there right at 11 (lol), and we're seared right away. Fresh bread was put in the oven, and it was delicious. I had Chicken Alfredo, and dad has a sub. The food was good, the service was good, it was clean, and overall, it was a great meal.

My first time, but definitely not my last!I had a to go order, spaghetti with meatballs, it came with side salad and bread sticks.I can't remember when I've had better spaghetti and the meat balls were terrific. I can't imagine anything on the menu not being great.Prompt and very courteous service.Great value!! Go, you won't be disappointed!
This place was great! If you can find an Italian joint in a shopping center in SC, prepare to be wowed. For some reason, genius Italian cooks gravitate towards shopping centers like genius sushi chefs gravitate towards the first story of parking garages. My total meal with tax (before tip) was $17. That included unlimited tea, a salad, bread sticks (I told them not to bother since i don't eat bread) and enough spaghetti with meat sauce to feed every character in George Orwell's novel Animal Farm. Service was very prompt and friendly, and about 4 minutes after ordering I received my salad. Ten minutes after that, the pasta was in. All of the flavors were great and they brought me a to-go container for my leftover spaghetti, which i put inside my car to help with an unbalanced suspension.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!
