After seeing a photo of the lemon tart and learning Mado imports its flour from France, I was more than willing to drive 45 minutes to check out this bakery. The drive was absolutely worth it. I ordered multiple pastries to try, and was pleasantly surprised by each item and the quality of its ingredients. The service is stupendous. I can’t wait to go back. I’ve already told my husband that he can plan to special order my birthday dessert from here.

I was absolutely not ready for the level of quality that this place has! When I bit into the pastry the only thing that I could say is OMG! Perfectly sweetened, perfectly balanced and the presentation is top tier! The customer service is amazing; the people are friendly and clearly appreciate their patrons.

Best chocolate croissants outside of France! Get there early on the weekends or be prepared to wait in line. Hidden gem in rock Hill. The owners are sweet and kind people as well.

The food and coffee here is amazing. Ypu can tell that great care goes into making the food and selecting the ingredients. If you want quality Authentic French baked goods, I highly recommended!
Prices may be steep for the area, but wow it's good! $7.50 Vanilla Cream Puff Pastry (Cream Hat?), maybe a CHOUX, was so good - crunch of pastry and decadent cream inside... I'll be going back for a Croissant
My husband and I are always on the hunt for a local bakery while traveling. He stumbled upon this gem on our trip to Rock Hill. The pastries taste as good as they look. They are absolutely beautiful and the perfect touch of sweetness. Oh and the chocolate flavored coffee, HELLO! Yummm
We got a wide variety of items and they were all good. I’ve never been to France, but this place made me want to go. LOL
The staff is super nice. The pastry chef is super nice. The atmosphere is cozy (and pretty neat because the old bank vault door is still intact.
