Just, wow wow wow. The mouthfeel of the (plain) croissant is truly incredible, and immediately I wonder- why can't all croissants be like this? As I was transported to Les boulangeries dans le Champs-Élysées with each bite- savory, airy, and yet firm all at the same time. The amount of time, passion, and attention to detail for only the best. trust me when I say, you will never have a croissant as voluptuous as the ones at MADO.

Every single bite of food we’ve ever had from Mado has been incredible and the coffee is so, so good. On top of fantastic treats and drinks, the service is top notch. Go early to make sure you get the full selection of yummy goodies. You will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love this place! The pastries are pricey but they're worth it, authentic European pastries are hard to find here.
I am super disappointed though, that there's no pastries left most of the time when I come after 2:00PM. I've only had a chance to try one muffin so far. I really hope Serge figures out a way to have food there for us in the late afternoon. It was super disappointing to see pastries that would only be available for the next day....
