DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM McAlisters in Rock Hill SC Herlong. It has gone down hill, all the way. Last 2 orders were wrong and portions were very reduced than before. Ordered the new Butter Pecan cheesecake, paid for it but it wasn't delivered. Ordered sandwich, side and salad for my husband and I. I called and the employee told me they are working on portion control. As I said in my FB post. Employees never acknowledged us at the counter
They were too busy having a chat fest with their friends. The female employee was on the customer side of the counter having a nice conversation with her friend/boyfriend. She did decide to go back to her side of the counter to fix him a drink they both leaned over the counter toward each other to continue their conversation. (He didn’t pay for the drink).
