McAlister's Deli

Confused on why you can only order every hour online. I needed an order for 5:45 but could only do 5 or 6 so I chose 6. I got here at 5:30 and only ONE person eating and ONE person came to pick up but all the staff literally stared at me. I told them I was here for an order but it’s not till 6 and they literally just sat there and talked until 6 and gave me my food. It’s freaking soup just put it in a bowl I already paid.

Stopped in for a togo order. I had the veggie sandwich with the Jalepno bread. When I tell you this sandwich exceeded my expectations!!!! It was so freaking delicious. The spicy bread kicked it up a notch! This is the only way I want my sandwich from this day forward!!! McAlister's is the perfect spot for a perfect veggie sandwich!!!

My aus-jous was not in the bag, Ms. Yolanda went above and beyond and had some sent to me!!! My hero! I love this place and the staff!

The service/wait time at this location can be absolutely ridiculous. 30 minutes for soup and sandwiches?? Is it everyone on shift’s first day?? How can you justify this? 4 people working. You’re making sandwiches and salads and ladling soup into a bowl. It’s not fast food, but you’re not cooking well-done steaks either.

Good food and customer service.

First time eating from this location. The food was just ok. The toast was partially burnt, and the fruit was over-riped, and some even looked as if it was on the verge of being spoiled.

Workers playing in the kitchen, girl got our order wrong. Outside not cleanly also ant and spider problem😒

My wife and I drove from the other side of Rock Hill to get a to go order because the McAllister's on our side of town is like play roulette. You don't know what you are going to get. Surprise, it appears that this McAllister's is the same. I would not recommend either to anyone, and we will definitely not return.

Always leave out sour cream and ranch that I pay for. And pickle. Always! Can they not read or just don't care? Not coming back. Not that anyone cares. I notice no responses to reviews. Place has gone down hill

I always order the same thing. Bake potato extra sour cream and butter. AND THEY ALWAYS LEAVE BOTH OUT!!!

Great food and service as always

Messed up our to-go orders multiple times and acted like they could care less when we go back in for them to fix it. Love the food but won’t go back.never had this kind of service at other locations.
