McAlister's Deli

Haven't been to McAlister's deli in years and my boss wanted to stop here one day because he needed soup after a dental appointment. I have to say everything that we got was delicious. The place was clean and we got our food quickly. Will definitely be back

We had the chicken bacon ranch loaded baked potato and French dip sandwich with potato salad. Everything was delicious and the portion size was well worth the price. Service was great and restaurant was clean.

Really disappointed with my visit today. I ordered online I wanted to try the Witch’s Brew and the seasonal pumpkin cookie, but neither was available. On top of that, my sandwich was cold and soggy mess, and my fiancé’s was just okay. They completely ruined the Reuben and New Yorker sandwiches. Honestly, I should’ve just gone to Groucho’s Deli for the money.

There is ALWAYS a problem with our order here. We complained multiple times, but it never gets better. We quit eating McAlisters for about a year because of it. Decided to give them a try again, and things are left out of my order AGAIN. Get new employees, extra managers, or just close the location permanently. It's only making you lose customers.

Confused on why you can only order every hour online. I needed an order for 5:45 but could only do 5 or 6 so I chose 6. I got here at 5:30 and only ONE person eating and ONE person came to pick up but all the staff literally stared at me. I told them I was here for an order but it’s not till 6 and they literally just sat there and talked until 6 and gave me my food. It’s freaking soup just put it in a bowl I already paid.

Stopped in for a togo order. I had the veggie sandwich with the Jalepno bread. When I tell you this sandwich exceeded my expectations!!!! It was so freaking delicious. The spicy bread kicked it up a notch! This is the only way I want my sandwich from this day forward!!! McAlister's is the perfect spot for a perfect veggie sandwich!!!

The service/wait time at this location can be absolutely ridiculous. 30 minutes for soup and sandwiches?? Is it everyone on shift’s first day?? How can you justify this? 4 people working. You’re making sandwiches and salads and ladling soup into a bowl. It’s not fast food, but you’re not cooking well-done steaks either.
