McAlister never dis appoints. I use to get the Italian chopped salad. Now they replaced it with the Savannah chopped. Who pits fruit and buts in there salad..Nasty. So I asked if they could make it the Italian one and they did. Best salad ever. Thanks.

i thought i had enough money to eat here with my husband and 1 year old but unexpected charges were taken out. i offered to just “just order the soup”. and the female manager ended up paying for whole family to eat . But she said she was going to cover it. That really took so much weight and negativity off my shoulders. She’s very caring to her customers often checking if they need anything. She is great! food was also great!

Went there got a plain spud but added cheese, bacon and got a bowl of chili and let me tell first of the worker in the kitchen was eating the other fixing food with no gloves on luckily there was a guy fixing mine the proper way but never and I quite never get that nasty almost cursed chilli the spun had hardly any cheese or bacon on it for $27.00 I should've checked before I left they got me but it want be another the worst chili in rock Hill no Wonder showmars was packed even smoothy king had more customers service as far as taken order was excellent the guy brought my order well mannered the spud and chilli terrible

They never get my order right.....NEVER!!!!! I always ask for xtra pickles instead of a side & they always give me 1 pickle. Sounds petty but it is what it is ??♂️

I always enjoy a McAllister sandwich! I was greeted by Mark and it was his second day on shift. He was friendly, made sure everyone was having a great experience, and cleaning up the tables. I understand he struggled trying to put in my order since just starting but he did an amazing job handling everything by himself. McAlister's, set this man up for success! Someone should have been around training him and guiding him. The poor man was alone and I couldn't blame him. I see great potential in him!Thank you. ??

The portion sizes have dramatically shrunk. McAlister's pick two used to fill you up. Now it's not worth the $45's it costs for 2 people to eat there. My wife's grilled chicken spud had two pieces of chicken that were literally the size of an average persons pinky and you could actually count the individual shreds of cheese on it( There were 6 ). You can make a WAY BETTER baked potato at home and for a tenth of the price.

Everything was wonderful. Only reason I gave it a 4 star vs a 5 star is the costs, especially the drinks!! For 2 people at $3.49 each, ouch!! I did get a refill to get my $$ worth. Fir two sandwiches which came with small sides and 2 drinks came to $33.

Teeeoblw the chili was like glue. I ordered the italian with NO ham. The little sticker on the sandwich clearly said MO ham. The sandwich only had ham.today is my birthday and all I wanted was a sandwichImagine being so stupid that you can’t read we’re clearly says no ham and then all you do and only me that’s on the sandwich is ham stupid could you be

This is the slowest place I've ever been to they have no concern for you sitting out there 25 or 30 minutes waiting to pick up an order for doordash best restaurant doesn't even now I will no longer pick up orders from them.

This location was a breath of fresh air. My wife and I went here a few days ago and it was quiet, clean, and amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was incredible. Very good place to go and have a nice quiet dinner.

Good size place for a larger group. Service was quick for 9 of us, but did forget a kids meal and both cookies. Otherwise, would go back! Pictured is a chicken raspberry pecan salad and loaded bacon spud.

It was my first visit to this location and it was very pleasant. It wasn't overly busy, which was nice, and the staff were very welcoming. The food was served hot and quick. I'll definitely be visiting this location again, when I'm in the area that is.
