nothing special you can definitely tell it's a chain restaurant potato salad you can tell must have been a bucket that they buy they don't make it homemade it's got a very high mustard taste

Ikea McAlister's all the time I absolutely love it the people that are very professional the food is always correct they're very accurate the time wait for to go and sit down is just amazing what the food is very very good and it's cooked well I've never had a bad meal here I love this place!

I've just never connected with McAlister's menu and the fact they used to have a sign that said they proudly don't serve French fries, so it's not surprising my review is not great. The main reason I'm writing the review in spite of the fact I'm not a fan is they are actually very polite people and the food came out quickly. It doesn't feel like the chaos you see at fast food places and they nearly as fast a McDonald's...

First time there and the staff was very helpful explainging the menu and options like pick 2. The sandwich was fantastic and so was the suggested side of Mac & Cheese! The staff and food won me over.
Food is ok. Healthier than fast food similar or cheaper than panera but with more options.

I ordered a half and half combo, half roast beef, is should I say break with thin slices of roast beef and southwest salad. The salad had very small amounts of chicken, thinly sliced. Was supposed to have a black bean relish, but what is had was 6 total black beans and maybe about 10 pieces of corn. The salad portion was fair, just not the southwest part. But considering they are barely making any money at $16 for a half sandwich and half salad. It makes sense that they would skimp on the black beans, corn AND salad dressing. Oh, and I ordered ahead so that I wouldn't have to wait in line...but I had to wait behind 5 different orders. When I finally made it to the counter after about 10 minutes, the kid turned around and got my stuff...which had been sitting behind him instead of at the 'to go' cabinet. $17 for this poor service, the food was fair at best and aside from lettuce , everything else was limited in portion. Won't ever go again.
