Second time in a row we have been asked at check out of we want the pickles with our order and for the second time we did not receive said pickles. I even asked the woman when she handed me the bag if the pickles were in it and she said yes. Annoyed as this is my kids favorite part.

ORDER HERE they are always prompt professional and courteous. I cant tell you how many times ive ordered at the other locations and never got my order or scheduled for the next day or cancelled with no reason

I use to like going here, but it has gone downhill. I ordered my food and it isn’t ready until 10 minutes after pick up time. Okay that I could deal with. But then I open my wrap and there is no bacon on it at all and little to no honey mustard. I asked for onions to be added and there was literally only on small onion put on there. I have to go back in to ask for both of these things and they put half a slice of bacon on each side. So only one piece of bacon. I figured paying $12 for a sandwich they would actually put more than just half a slice. I emailed about it and all the manager had to say was ask for more bacon or honey mustard. Completely ignored the part about them completely leaving off the bacon and onions I asked for.

Where do I start, besides it taking more then 45 minutes to get a couple of potatoes and kids ham and cheese sandwich. I was met with an awful attitude by an employee that was sitting on her phone when I walked in. Meanwhile there are napkins and straws all over the floors. No wonder there was only one table occupied. The Rock Hill store use to be thriving, always busy and clean. Now, you aren’t greeted, have to wait to be acknowledge to even place your order, trash all over the floors and who knows what’s happening in the kitchen. When I expressed my frustration I was asked if I wanted a cookie, NO THANK YOU. To the owner: it starts with you!
Nice clean place to eat. Don't particularly care for the order at the counter system but once you order they'll bring the food to your table. Food was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be back.

I placed a to go order in store for a McAllister club with chips. Walked up to the counter twice. 35 mins later I'm still telling them I never got my order and they don't know what happened to it. No resolution offered or refund. FYI I'm still waiting.
