Usually pretty good crew but they've hired some lazy people in the morning here. They lie about not making frappes and the workers have no idea how to issue refunds. Definitely in need of a major overhaul. I miss the nice Hispanic lady who worked in the morning.

It’s a 24 hour store, showed it was open on the app, then as soon as I pulled into the parking lot to finish and place my mobile order, it was all of the sudden closed and I couldn’t place an order anymore. Just there for the paycheck, not a care in the world for customers.
