This is the WORSE McDonald’s. 1. You will sit there at the drive thru for over 10mins before someone attend to you. 2. They will ask you to pull over to a specific number and you will be there waiting for another 10-15mins…and just hope they get a simple order correct.

I got off of work at 10:30p.m., and made my way to McDonald's between 10:50, and 11:00p.m., and a woman, gave off a mean and, nasty attitude. Please don't loose all your profit, to someone who doesn't care. Sincerely, you need hard working individuals with a positive attitude on night shift, if you care about your brand newly renovated establishment.

Waited 45 minutes in line with like only 3 cars in front of me and by the time I got to the speaker to order they told me my online order and coupons couldn’t be used. So basically instead of getting 2 meals for $6 I had to pay $22 and couldnt take advantage of the deals on the app. What’s the point of having an app if I’m not aloud to use it?

Worst location in the area. Manager/shift lead lady was a real.... unhappy person & she was terrible to deal with after being ignored in the 2nd drive thru lane.... food wasn't good either. Just skip this location.

I just had one of the worst experiences ever when I came to the store the only 2 employees were outside on a smoke break and when they finally came in to take my order the customer service from the intercom was awful not speaking clearly at all then at the window the employee took my Money without another customer in sight I sat there waiting for a while then he comes back with my order and gave me my food without my drink. I proceeded to honk my horn and knocked on the window for 10 minutes the I drove around told him about his mistake. He asked me why it took me so long to come back around acknowledging the fact that he knew I was there waiting and heard me knocking, then proceeded to tell me to drive around very rudely. I held my composure drove around got my drink and pull off angry yet none confrontational. Management and Corporate will be notified by the AM 🤬 Oh I forgot to mention that I could see my drink from the window after he walked away. I even took a photo of it sitting there 🤳📸

The people in the drive thru were rude. I received 2 teas that were too sweet to drink. I asked for half cut which is half sweet and half unsweetened. I went back thru and the lady was rude. They got my order wrong and she was pissed at me. I will not.be going to this McDonalds again.
