The people in the drive thru were rude. I received 2 teas that were too sweet to drink. I asked for half cut which is half sweet and half unsweetened. I went back thru and the lady was rude. They got my order wrong and she was pissed at me. I will not.be going to this McDonalds again.

Asked for a receipt, girl turned shook her head, said no, and closed the window. She saw that I was still waiting there in drive-thru opened the window, and I said receipt? and she says there is no receipt. WTH? Since when does McDonald’s not give a receipt when asked, and with no explanation. Will not be returning to this McDonalds.

Management doesn't know how to run a business it appears. Consently long wait times even ordering online through the moblie app.

Extremely rude and the lady taking me kept saying she didn’t under or know how to do ANYTHING she also didn’t state my iced coffee wasn’t available and just said “we don’t have that” with a nasty attitude as she walked off and proceeded to get upset when I asked for a refund and I constantly have this is behavior with staff I’m never coming back this place is TRASHY.

This place sucks. Trying to get food at 1:20 am where it’s pretty dead. Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes after being told they would be with me but they switched speakers and forgot to take my order. Sat in line to order at the window for about 25 when there were only 3 cars with SMALL orders. This is stupid.

They are not 24 hours
Most recent visit was awful about to change my STARZ. They messed up on our order three times in the drive-through literally went back-and-forth and went over our order with the cashier at the first window. The third time I came in they had a attitude and they forgot to give us hashbrowns so I came back and they corrected our sandwich three times later Could’ve gave me a apology for messing up my food or something but the young ladies cause proceeded to talk junk as I was leaving out customer service was awful. This time. Food was awful steak sandwiches were cold not seasoned and then you gave us back the same hashbrowns that were warm awful

The dinning room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days , the customer service sucks I only seen one person but heard more than one person calling out orders, forgot my drink and went back to counter and they was very rude because they left stuff out of my order

I ordered 3 double quarters pounders with 2 soft drinks and sweet tea. The service was OK no problem. The sweet tea tasted like a bag of sugar and the hamburger meat was raw. So here it is: We run a business and the guys was hungry and it took me 30 min. To get there and the hamburger meat was raw. One of the hamburgers was so greasy bread and all I felt like I bet into a can of grease. So nasty had to throw out. Couldn't finish it. Very nasty

Waiting in drive-thru for 10 minutes,only 2 cars in line, after people pulling out of the drive-thru, finely got to move and go inside to order, machine didn't give me a option to add tomatoes and when I finally got my food 30 minutes later, I asked them about putting tomatoes on my two burgers and then when I got tomatoes it was in a tiny cup that some places give you some sauce in, that's a small tomatoes,it was the size of an 1-year old child's hand,anyway I asked for a least one more tomato and they are charging me for one slice of tomato, they said they gave me 4 sliced tomatoes for free, mind you, I showed them it was only 3,and they are still going to charge me for the one slice of tomato, ok, I hate to keep asking for ketchup, mustard, ect and another bag, because they put three combos, and 20 piece nugg in one bag, my fries are on top falling out of the bag, so it took me 45 minutes to order and receive food and that's not including 10 minutes to and from home and I have time stamped it, but not showing up on this site, thanks for the delay and all the trouble that I received from McDonald's on south cherry road #boycutt, p.s. I wasn't the only one aggravated with this SERVICE!!!! Food tasted cold and more greasy than usual 0000 stars.

24 hour drive through but no one inside! i placed an order on the app and they have signs posted everywhere advertising 24 hour drive through. sat for twenty minutes, no one inside or outside!
