This McDonald's is 2 minutes from my house and I'd probably eat here 3-4 times a week, but they literally NEVER FAIL to DISAPPOINT! Every single time I come here, they dont have something on the menue, get my order wrong, then have a bad attitude. Every time I swear I'm never coming back, but they're so close to my house I fall for it every several months(thinking surely a simple drink or biscuit cant be that hard)! Every single time it turns into a huge hassle! They've been this way the whole 8 years we've lived here! HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS!?!

ABSOLUTELY EGREGIOUS SERVICE. Waited 55 minutes for A SAUCE can’t believe this is happening in the big 2025 someone needs to fix whatever is going on here because trump does not stand for this. All in all .3/10 experience for me my kids in New York would absolutely hate this experience NEVER come here on your own accord. May trump bless you all

Waiting 15 minutes for a frappe answer still couldn't get a simple order right and let me be clear it was almost empty not many cars When I got my frappe its early 3/4 filled then when I drank it it's was so runny then I tried calling restaurant bc I am heading somewhere and can't turn back the number doesn't work

I can remember giving this place 1 star, about a year ago or so! I totally forgot where I was! Wasn't far from perfect! Way to turn things around! #180⁰!!
Sat at Drive thru for 5 minutes NO cars in front of us 4 behind us. I pulled up to window stated I've been waiting 5 minutes to place an order. Some dreadlock lanky kid told me to chil out( should have schooled him). Mgr takes my simplistic order 2 mcvalue nuggets and a coke. We ended up with 2 mcchicken sandwiches. Tried to give me 2 cokes. Only wanted 1 the guy seemed offended. Wanna appease me fire staff board this location up until competent help can be found.. I rarely go to the Yellow arches, and this is why.. Help is usually sub par like the food

Because this McDonald’s is in a bad area, don’t order from here. My food was stolen three times by a door dasher here. Order from a nicer area and you’re more likely to receive your food. It’s just the truth- world we live in today.
