Forgot my bacon and pickles on my McChicken. Large fry didn’t really seem like a large. Had me pull up to wait for my food, expected that meant it would be fresh but majority of my order was cold. Rather dissatisfied.*UPDATE. Visited again recently and food was correct, warm and quick! Improved greatly!

Placed for delivery. 1 hour ..nothing...ok, it's late4:00am. They do delivery, 24 hours. It's 5am now, I called the store, inside said they were closed. Asked about my charge, cause the app says it's being prepared and was told call back

Gave me a burger without the burger patty... like, how do you miss the whole point of a burger my guy? Just go to the Wendy's down the road. There way better.

Ordered and paid for my breakfast before breakfast was over. Got there at 10:34. Chick at the counter refused to give me my food and told me I had to cancel the order and wait the 1-7 business days to receive my refund.

Left a different 24 hr McDonalds location nearby that “closed” when I got there. So I back tracked all the way to this store. I placed my mobile order when I was at the “closed” store. When I got to this store and drove up to the drive through, the only thing said to me was “We aren’t taking orders right now”. I told him that I already placed a mobile order. All he did was repeat himself, “we aren’t taking orders right now”. Not sure he understood, but they had already taken my order on the app and it was paid for. I asked him what I’m supposed to do now that I’ve ordered and paid, but he won’t serve me the meal. All he said was “Go talk to customer service and get your money back.” That’s absolutely trash. McDonald’s has gone from being known as the “Sorry our ice cream machine is broken” to the “We aren’t taking orders.” restaurant chain. The crazy thing is the staff don’t care. They probably wear that label with pride when it should embarrass them. The entire reason I even go to McDonald’s is because they are supposed to be open when others aren’t in the morning. Now I can see that they won’t even stay open during their normal open hours, so it’s not worth attempting to go anymore. But again, they don’t care because they still get their paycheck without doing the work… for now…

I went to get breakfast with my friends last Tuesday and the workers in the restaurant were a little rude and definitely does not have the greatest customer service it’s very disappointing because I have worked in customer service and I would never treat a paying customer in this manner. We went back through the drive through and the lady was very polite.

Watched 2 cars get served in the left lane of the drive through next to me. Asked what what was the matter, was told to hold on so i withe and watched another car receiveservice. I got upset and decided to leave only to see the drive through lady watching her phone. The exhaustion is real...
I never got service.

This is the 4th time my tea or orange juice has just been water and I do not have time to go back as I am grabbing my food on the way to work. The food is usually decent except sometimes you get reheated fries where you might as well just be eating grease. Some of the staff is pleasant in the drive through half of them don't even look at you or acknowledge you and just shove the bag at you through the window. I have worked in fast food before and never been that rude.

Update: they're doing better here, with three staff members working fast as they can, with me only in the drive thru about 10 minutes from email order confirmation to driving off.
Fries were warm, but still some crisp with a good amount of salt. Nuggets were like warm, spongey AND crispy when there was a consistent line.
The ice cream machine worked!

Night shift the kitchen is either closed or staffed by the one manager that showed up simple combos can take a half hour or more to get and even then you're lucky if your order is right and that's at any time of day. I've had drop offs and pick ups here and they often tell me employees just do not show up. Got to heckle rd, s. Cherry rd or dave lyle
