Was just making a late-night food stop and realized how clean the place was, how quick and kind the service was, and how good (and ACCURATE) the food was. One of the nicest McDonald's we've been to and the staff were awesome. Places that do things right deserve to have that known and this place is worth the mention. Good job!

came by to get some food for me and my daughter when i got there they took my order and when i got to the window to pay they didn’t have my order or said that i didn’t order when i ordered safe to say the people who run this store suck at there jobs and i still had to pay after waiting 30mins and not being able to get my food in the drive thru won’t be coming here anymore

Walked in there and had to wait for quiet a while til someone decided to come up front. Wanted to order but then got told I have to put in my order at the kiosk. Turned around and left.

They are never putting the correct food in the bag, always missing something and most of the time I check and make sure I’m not missing something. Tonight with kids screaming and tired and hungry I forgot to check, got home and missing a 10 piece, had to drive back up there and they didn’t give me a receipt so they had to check on the computer and finally gave me the 10 pc they forgot. No compensation of having to drive back up there?? No apple pies or anything. Disappointed!!! We don’t care for McDonalds much but for our large family and for a quick meal we have to settle. Only on nights I don’t have time to cook. Do better McDonalds on Dave Lyle!!!

every time i come to this location its always an issue. this morning i tried to alert the manager when she was dropping an order off in the front and she blatantly ignored me calling her. to then proceed with the conversation she was having with another coworker. another time i came in the morning before my work shift and i got my food just for it to be cold. i try to give benefit of the doubt time and time again but it’s to the point where it’s ANNOYING. i don’t recommend this location if you want people with nasty attitudes when you ask them something. hell over half the time i’ll tell people that’s working drive thru, “have a nice day” and don’t receive no response. just attitude. you decided to want to work at this establishment, the LEAST you could do is at LEAST pretend that you care to have this job. cause not many people don’t have one

THEY DON'T BRING YOUR FOOD TO THE TABLE
Despite what the ordering screen instructions tell you to do. Take one of the number tents to your table and they will bring you your food when it's ready. Somehow you are supposed to figure out that they don't bring it to your table. You have to listen for a number to be called out and go to the counter to get your food. And it's not the number that you took to the table on the little plastic tent.

There were only 4 people eating in the store and 3 cars at drive thru.
Been waiting 30 minutes to eat in????
Can't leave. They already got my money.
After 34 minutes, I go stand at the counter and have to wait another 5 minutes for an employee to show their face. When I asked did they forget my order. No one brought it to the table. The girl just laughs and says oh we don't bring it to the table like the screen says. She handed me a half hour cold. Just laughed and walked away.
It's incredible, but this is what customer service has become everywhere. Young arrogant, rude kids that could care less.
Also while waiting, I listen to a woman that walks inside that has been waiting 20 minutes for the rest of her order at the drive thru. She presents them a receipt. The employees just shrug it off as no big deal.. no apologies. No nothing. The woman in frustration ends up just walking away not getting what she had paid for.

6-month UPDATE:
I wanted a Big Mac so I gave them another chance.
MISTAKE.....
Today I didn't take a number because last time they told me they don't bring it to the table. So I made up a number instead of grabbing one of the tents.
Well guess what? Today evidently, they do bring your food to the table based on the number on the 10th and not the number on the receipt??????
I didn't get any napkins nor a straw, so I went back to the counter. An employee points to the napkins and walks away. So I stand there and wait for another employee to walk up to the counter so I can ask for a straw.
I happened to sit where I can see the old guy that takes food out to people at the drive-thru. I think these folks are prejudiced. I watched about 15 or 20 minutes worth of interactions. He speaks to all the people of color, but just hands food and walks away to others.
This is the same guy that couldn't get me a straw and a napkin. I see him walking around to tables and asking women of color if they need anything else. LOL
I THINK I'M THE WRONG GENDER AND THE WRONG COLOR TO GET ANY TYPE OF SERVICE HERE.
Not to mention I don't speak the hip hop slang language. I speak English.
I think we should be paying these people $20 an hour. They certainly seem to be worth it.

There is hardly any personal service any more. They want you to use the kiosk to place your order which only takes a card for payment.
