After waiting for almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order, I get to the window and get my order and it’s cold. They didn’t even fill up the fry container.

This is by far one of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The staff is more concerned about having a conversation with each other then helping customers or paying attention to what they're doing. Literally every order I've placed with them has been wrong when they gave me the food. Furthermore, when you point out their error they get an attitude even though they're in the wrong. Worst customer service ever, and I would suggest going to another of the abundant restaurants in the area.

Very nice cs & food at drive through! Been here several times and my only complaints are , they have broken ice cream 🍦 and coffee ☕ machines a lot and food can be harder and colder than it should be! I'm taking the good CS however and overall, a good McDonald's ❣️

The person at the first window asked me to recite my entire order back to him (I had 4 orders). The lady at the second window got mad that I asked for sauce. I forgot to ask for BBQ sauce at the speaker for my kids. When I asked, she looked at me and said, I have you sauce for your nuggets. I explained that I forgot to get sauce for the kids meals and apologized. She rolled her eyes and grabbed the sauce packets. The food was pretty good, but I will more than likely avoid this McDonalds on future trips.
