Ordered from this McDonalds via the mobile app. I arrived at the store around 1:40pm. I let them know which mobile pickup parking spot I was in via the app. I waited about 25 minutes and didn't get my food, so I walked inside. There was 1 small party (4-5) people already eating and the staff was in the back laughing, giggling and playing. I stood at the counter for another 5-10 minutes, no one ever came to ask what i needed, so finally i just left because i had to get back to work. MCDonalds, your food is killing people.... but somehow the food is still better than the service and staff at this location. DO BETTER!

Went through the drive thru today to get myself and family an ice cream treat. I placed the order and kindly asked for an extra cup with lid on the side. She did not ring it up but said I had to ask for that specifically at the window when we pick up our items. Not only did it take us 30 mins to wait in line at the drive thru to get our ice cream but there was nothing but bad attitudes and horrible service. They gave us part of our order and what they gave us was a mess. The ice cream cone we ordered was upside down in a cup for some reason. And when I asked for the extra cup on the side she said I had to pay for it. I told her I just did as the girl at the beginning told me to do so I'm asking for it at the window. She refused to give me an extra cup unless I paid. I asked how much and she said $1. I was ready to be done so instead of going back and forth I just gave them $1 in cash so I could get the cup. We drove away from there in utter shock of just how horrible that our experience was. Trashy, rude and terrible. Worst experience I had had at this specific McDonalds.

Stopped in for a biscuit. I don't eat mcd often. I ordered curb side. The app does not allow you to request jam?!?! So, I had to run inside to ask. 12 people standing at the counter, 0 employees. After about 8 minutes of attempting to be patient. I finally asked, "Is anyone working up front?" The customer at the counter said she'd been there for 15 minutes, and no one had come up. So, I walked around and opened the kitchen door and asked, "Can I get some jam and possibly an employee to help the 12 people up front?" The response was, "You can't be in this area." FINALLY, a nice young man handed me jam and apologized. I hope the rest of the people were helped. And this is WHY I avoid mcds whenever possible.

This is the worse most unprofessional trashy disrespectful location. I normally don’t go to this McDonald’s on Dave Lyle or E Main Street because of the poor Service and the disrespect. They left off a whole 10 piece nugget meal and made us a regular quarter pounder instead of the double that we paid for. My husband drove back to let them know they left food off and made the quarter pounder Wrong they all lying about they gave us the food made a double quarter pounder when my husband showed them the burger was wrong This uneducated unprofessional female said it ain’t nothing but a couple of dollars we paid $35 for all the food I don’t care if it was $1 Do your a job but obviously none of them after 5pm are qualified to work at McDonald’s. McDonald’s better train their workers better because this could’ve turned out bad for the workers with their disrespectful comments to a customer.

There was a cockroach in my coffee, I bought coffee in the Pineville area. I contacted McDonald's, wrote letters, and received no response.
Seating area freezing cold and dirty. Staff unresponsive to any communication from patrons. Flat out rude to everyone standing waiting. Refuse to ever eat there and damn sure not doing any more deliveries from this location like the east main one. Both a pitiful joke. Do not fall for the text order is ready either they hit that button but never have the order even started.

I have very low expectations for McDonalds, but wife and I went through the drive through late evening and everything was hot and fresh and made quickly. Very satisfied. Staff friendly as well and didn’t act like they hated life.
