Night shift service is complete trash. They refuse to answer the drive through. I sat there for 10 minutes never got an answer. I drove up to the window. The employees looked at me and they ran away from the window and hid. 5 other cars also drove off due to this.

The night shift crew at this location is an absolute joke and has been for a while. I use mobile order and I have to wait at the drive through for 20+ minutes until someone finally decides to rudely ask what i need. Well obviously I want to pick up my order!

Worst place ever in Rock Hill! The bathrooms are dirty with no toilet paper or soap and the employees come in to use the bathroom and never wash their hands! They let you stand at the counter for 30 minutes or so before your order is taken and when they take your order they are very rude and unprofessional. Sometimes they don't even bother to acknowledge you at the counter! Worst experience ever and I will not be coming back!!!

Says right on the window open 24 hours- drive thru. I'm an uber, uber eats and doordash driver.. I'm making my money driving people and making deliveries. I had a fourteen dollar order that had to be canceled because apparently they're closed until breakfast. Come on... if you open 24 hours... serve people! If it's not a 24 hour store... change you hours and stop unprofessionally misleading people!

The absolute worst experience at McDonald’s. I sat in the drive thru, it didn’t look that busy, about 2 cars ahead of me in line. But the line just didn’t move. I sat for about 20 minutes, I had already placed my mobile order. My daughter started crying because of how long it was taking. The line kept getting longer and longer behind me. In 20 minutes they had taken only 1 car’s order in front of me. When I finally decided to leave the car in front of me was still waiting to order. I lost my mobile app points I had used even though I cancelled my order. I quickly pulled into Sonic, with over double the cars there, my order was out in about 5 minutes. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time at this McDonald’s! What a disgrace!

Absolutely terrible. I did get my food but waited a very long time for it. I stood at the register for about 20 minutes and nobody came to take my order. They just expected me to be using the app or the kiosk. After I put my food in the employees started blasting rap music in the kitchen which could be heard from outside the building parking lot. Once again, a terrible environment. This definitely put me off because I was visiting from Chicago. Hopefully the environment gets better for the future of this place.
