The black lady that wants around with the white shirt with the long hair sometimes she has on the yellow vest, but she always has on the white shirt like she's upper management. She's the rudest customer service worker I've ever ran into and I work in customer service for over 15 years. There's no sense in one person being so rude. I wish I knew her name but obviously if you go there enough in the upper management to read between the lines you already know who I'm talking of the rest of the people are great.

Only wanted a cup of coffee. I stood at the register for over 10 min. in an empty restaurant, with employees wandering about and I was ignored. Finally, I flagged somebody down and I got my coffee.

I have been to this location so many times and so many times I have been disappointed. What’s the point of using an app if and when you get there, it takes 5 to 10 minutes for them to acknowledge you in the drive-through when you’re the only car there in the morning I have learned my lesson and always go to the McDonald’s at Cherry Road and I 77 service is so much better there. This place has bad problems just now my family just notified me after waiting in the drive-through that there’s no food to get and that they’re now leaving Sad sad this location needs a new owner management bad!! I don’t write that many reviews unless it’s necessary unfortunately it’s finally necessary.

My most recent trip through the drive-through at this location was terrible. Kids cheeseburger ordered no mustard was missing the onions. The sauce is for the nuggets, including one that I paid $.25 extra for we’re not putting in the bag/box.

24 hours is a lie. No matter what time of day I try and stop by here the ice cream machine is always shut down or off. They never make the food presentable either. If you work 3rd shift skip this place it's a joke and they don't care about customer service.

Me and my family went to this McDonalds after a long day of moving furniture and other items into a apartment. We came not expecting anything different about this McDonalds and that we were just going to get food and then leave to go back home. I came inside with me and my family and we were immediately greeted by the manager that was super friendly. He made the experience even better. He talked to everyone around the McDonald’s and greeted them and made their day better. He had good humor and we laughed and talked while eating. The food was amazing and the employees were all happy and nice to everyone. Most people say that all McDonalds are the same and most employees are mean but this one changed that by a lot. This place was amazing and I recommend this place to anyone trying to stop by and get food.
Kid-friendliness: Everyone was Kid-friendly and happy to be there and were also nice!

The person at the drive-thru window was in too much of a rush, and wasn't listening. I ordered 50 nuggets and received 1 thing of sauce when more was asked for and for some reason charged for and the wrong kind. When things was wrong I couldn't get in the building due to being locked and ho one would come see why I was knocking knowing I just pulled away from the window.. They were packed so had to sit in the drive-thru again due to their mess up..
Last two trips through here someone just screams on intercom, Not taking orders. This morning, only car in drive through, waited 20 minutes, all 3 orders were wrong, McGriddles were burnt and tasted like rubber, never a friendly staff here, zero greetings, thank you, they just throw food out window. Please shut this place down, train staff or just stay closed. It’s awful everytime, that’s our last trip there.

awful drive thru service. I wasn’t told my total over the speaker, and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all when being handed my food. I get that’s McDonald’s is fast casual, but what happened to “how are you?” I asked for ketchup and she shut the window in my face. boo

They always claim the milkshake machine is down. They gave us vanilla and try to gaslight us into thinking it's chocolate, claiming it's chocolate and it comes out of the machine like that. Some of those employees need slapped and fired.

I've lived here all my life. This used to be my favorite McDonald's. Now every time you go there you get nothing but attitude. They rush you through your order and try to complete your order before you're even done ordering and drive through. They never have their latte machine up or they're frappe or their milkshake until they get multiple orders for them. Overall I'm just tired of it. If y'all hate Charles job so much work somewhere else.
