25 minute wait for under cooked fries and a sandwich made completely wrong and cold. When I told this to the manager she told me not to get hostile. I then over heard her tell her staff she was going to loose it on someone. She replaced my sandwich still cold but at least correctly made. But her general attitude was terrible. The service was awful and no clear direction being given to any of the associates. You are asked to pay so much for such poor quality food and crap services. I only try their food once a year. Maybe 2026 will be better but I doubt it.

This is the second time we’ve had to just drive off because they just leave the drive thru. This time we were told just “one moment” when we pulled up to order. We proceeded to wait a full 10 minutes with no one responding. We drove to the first window and no one’s there. Drive to second window and you can see the workers all just talking together. We knocked on the window and a lady came to us annoyed and said to drive around. We explained we had been waiting 10 minutes and one’s even sitting at the first window to take orders. She did NOT care at all, just said “well she’s getting her headset you have to just drive around and get back in line” (which was very long considering NO ONE was taking drive thru orders.) This place is terrible. Either get new workers or just shut this location down.

This is the 3rd time I've been to this location in 2 weeks and I had to deal with being ignored by the white lady named Lisa. It's weird to me because I don't know the lady, I just wanted to place an order but she makes it a little difficult everytime.

Rude staff tried using my mcdonalds app they said the code didn't work and to refresh it and when I did it made the app steal my points and could not bring the code back up and the employees just said oh well and didn't try to fix it or give my points back or comp the item that was suppose to be free.

Terrible staff. They always mess up the order and have an attitude. I went in the drive thru to pick up a small order and they gave attitude saying they were short staffed. When I pulled around they were all just on their phones doing nothing. Need to hire better people.

For the most part it was straight ! it was clean, service was fast and respectful food was good. I recommend for a quick bite pull up. Now I can't say nothing about the drive-thru cuz I went inside. That part!!

Not one customer in the restaurant however tables not clean, toilet paper on floor in women's restroom, dining room floor needed sweeping and mopping.

The associate was so friendly and helpful had a great attitude. Was a little cold inside where we ate but very modern.

Multiple rude associates. Kept getting our order wrong and each time we asked them to fix it, they would roll their eyes at us. Worst experience at any McDonald's I've ever been to. Associates out back smoking wall lines are backed up. Saw the associates smoking come in and they did not wash their hands.
