Much to expensive for fast food. Food has gone down hill. Ordered a fish sandwich and there was a tiny amount of tartar sauce when I ask for more they charged me $1.25. Rip off

Advertising 24 hours...even have a banner posted in the front but when you pull up to order they are only accepting door dash. This is because they can't turn the door dash off or they would be getting paid to make no food. Not sure who owns this location but it's hard to make money when your not selling food.

Don’t go here unless you want to wait 15 minutes pulled up passed the drive through for a couple of happy meals and a team full of attitude problems. I walked inside to give back my untouched drinks because after watching 10 cars receive their food and pass by me I was more than ready to just get a refund and get out of there. Which was when I was greeted by no one but a young lady stating “what you had, how can I help you”. -_- I wanted to go home 15 minutes ago.

I will never go to that one again. I go to the one on Celanese rd, difference is night and day. The Cherry rd store has the rudest employees, I’ve gotten sick on their food. It’s been this way for years!

Rude employee at this location,poor customer service
The manager Stephanie is so rude never speaks to you and always looks hateful she is like that every time I go in there. If you say hello she won't answer if she delivers your food to your table she sticks her nose up at you. We are in there a lot and it happens every time. We need a new manager at that store on 21 Carowinds Blvd. The rest of the managers there are nice and polite.

To the girl with the horrible attitude, thank you for reminding me why I don’t come to McDonald’s. I used the kiosk to pay for my food. She showed her butt so bad I walked out without a meal. Please contact me about a refund. This whole location is trash and serves the lowest quality of food that I have ever seen from a McDonald’s. Y’all should be ashamed. Working at McDonald’s is probably the EASIEST job one could have - yet all the employees make it painful to come here.

You need to find a better job if you dnt enjoy working there if I pay for a large fry and large drink I expect it to be that not giving me large cup halfway full same thing with a large fry and if I say something about no need to snatch it out my hand and give attitude.
