For the most part it was straight ! it was clean, service was fast and respectful food was good. I recommend for a quick bite pull up. Now I can't say nothing about the drive-thru cuz I went inside. That part!!

Not one customer in the restaurant however tables not clean, toilet paper on floor in women's restroom, dining room floor needed sweeping and mopping.

The associate was so friendly and helpful had a great attitude. Was a little cold inside where we ate but very modern.

Multiple rude associates. Kept getting our order wrong and each time we asked them to fix it, they would roll their eyes at us. Worst experience at any McDonald's I've ever been to. Associates out back smoking wall lines are backed up. Saw the associates smoking come in and they did not wash their hands.

Missing a fry, hamburgers were nasty , crusty, and old tasting so we had to toss them!! Didn’t give kids the toys that were advertised. I was told that my orange sprite was ok.

I went through this McDonald's drive-through and the lady at the window didn't greet me. She said what do you want and overall bad service. Everyone was rude here and I would not recommend coming to this McDonald's.

Don’t come to this McDonalds unless you want to be waiting at the ordering screen for 5-10+ minutes waiting for a worker to take your order. They leave you sitting there without saying anything, or a “we’ll be with you soon.” When there’s no other cars waiting or in the drive thru. So 10 minutes later they take your order and they give you extreme attitude and when you get to the window they throw the bag at you. I’d recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to go to the McDonald’s off of Mt. Gallant road. Much better than this one!

The woman working this morning at the 1st drive thru window taking payment (6-10-25 around 9am) repeatedly said “the pigs are here” into her device that communicated with the other staff. I wasn’t sure what she was talking about until I realized she was referring to police officers coming to pick up their order. Extremely rude and disrespectful!!!

The guy at the window had a sassy attitude he didn’t apologize for my food being nasty and sloppy and my fries being old he took the food and threw it away with an attitude. The lady at the first window was rude also she barely said anything and sent me to the second window. They need to hire new staff they’re very unprofessional he needs to be mopping and cleaning bathrooms instead of at the window dealing with customers. 0/10 not recommended. I am calling corporate on Monday morning since he wants to have an attitude because they’re wrong on how they’re making customers food. His attitude gonna write a check his little sassy self can’t cash!! I’m not the one!

So I just had to abandon the mobile order.
