Middle James Brewing Company - Rock Hill

Great beer selection. Server was fantastic. Food options from adjacent food court downstairs in the same building. However, food service ended at 8 pm and brewery closed at 9 pm. We socialized too long and didn’t get chance to eat.

More of a restaurant with no food feel then a brewery. Parking is only allowed in the garage next to the brewery where the 1st few floors are reserved for other businesses in the lot so it's a bit of a hassle to get to the actual brewery. Beer is ok. Came here on Friday late afternoon and there was nobody else here.

Parking is in deck only. Parking lot in front of brewery is for tenants only. Beer is upstairs. Food is downstairs in the food hall. Order and pickup is at counter for both. Awkward is the closest way to describe this dining experience.

I went to Middle James Brewing Company in Rock Hill for the first time with good friends. I have been to the Pineville and Waxhaw locations, so I am glad to check out all three of Middle James breweries. There was music bingo on Thursday night, and it was fun guessing 80's music while drinking the Highly Dramatic and Hops on One Leg IPA'S.

What a beautiful place with great beer. Definitely a must stop as part of Power Plant redevelopment. Rock Hill needed something like this.

Tried to stop in for a quick beer after dinner in the Powerhouse. Make sure to get there before 7:30. It says they are open till 8pm but they locked the doors at 7:30 because they said they didn't have anyone. Well yeah, hard to get customers when you lock them out.

This brewery is tucked off in a building called powerhouse. Yep you guessed it , was a power building for the city of rock hill, sc. Patio is pet friendly but wish they had outdoor fans it was a hot day. Down stairs is a food court with several great food choices including a ice cream shop. Beer on tap: two sours, several ipas, and several ales. Two ciders as well. Loved the tall old chimneys and the old brick look if the place.

Parking: Parking in front of the powerhouse is limited. Use the covered garage next door.

I’ve been going to the Pineville location for some time and was excited to see the new location open in Rock Hill. The beer is really nice and the service is great too. It’s a beautiful location and the renovation of an existing industrial site into a mixed use destination is a site to see. I’m looking forward to our next visit. On premises parking is limited bit there is plenty of pay parking. They didn’t have a kitchen when we went but food is available from other places within the building and they are fine with you bringing it into their brewery.
