Our office ordered food from Nathan's Hot Dog and a 3rd party brought the food to us which was only half the order. I called the restaurant and they made it right. They provided us with the whole order and delivered it directly to Us from the restaurant, not a 3rd party They were super nice and was willing to do what it took to keep our business.

My co-workers and myself, ordered delivery from here today. When our order was delivered by Doordash, we were missing some items. We were not able to leave work today, hence why we ordered delivery. After calling back to the restaurant and telling them what happened, we were very impressed that they re-made the order and delivered it to our office, themselves. The food was impressive but the service was even MORE impressive!

Great place for some nostalgia! Took me right back to my childhood when Nathans were more popular. Corn dog nuggets were crisp. Fries were great, and the dogs were top notch. Highly recommended.
Food was hot and fresh. We got a plain hot dog with ketchup. Chili cheese fries. A plain steak and cheese sandwich. We enjoyed the food. Everything was cooked good. Drive thru workers were very nice.

Tried out the new Nathan's Famous place and it was BAD. My wife and I were excited to try it, so we thought no better way then to get some hot dogs and fries. Trying to place our order in the drive through took forever with the lady taking our order giving no direction. So we pull up to the first window and sat there for several minutes and no one even acknowledged us, the car in front of us pulls forward and leaves so I figured they must just be using the second window. Nope they looked at us like we had 2 heads as I explained no one told us anything and we still needed to pay. They shout from the front to the back and eventually get things figured out and we get our food. The hotdogs were tiny little shriveled up pathetic excuses for something that should have been a hot dog from a place "famous" for hot dogs, the fries were limp and gross. Overall we hated it and won't be wasting money on this place ever again.
