Food was hot and fresh. We got a plain hot dog with ketchup. Chili cheese fries. A plain steak and cheese sandwich. We enjoyed the food. Everything was cooked good. Drive thru workers were very nice.

It honestly just boils down to I like hot dogs and I was looking forward to a hot dog place, and their hot dogs are trash.

Tried out the new Nathan's Famous place and it was BAD. My wife and I were excited to try it, so we thought no better way then to get some hot dogs and fries. Trying to place our order in the drive through took forever with the lady taking our order giving no direction. So we pull up to the first window and sat there for several minutes and no one even acknowledged us, the car in front of us pulls forward and leaves so I figured they must just be using the second window. Nope they looked at us like we had 2 heads as I explained no one told us anything and we still needed to pay. They shout from the front to the back and eventually get things figured out and we get our food. The hotdogs were tiny little shriveled up pathetic excuses for something that should have been a hot dog from a place "famous" for hot dogs, the fries were limp and gross. Overall we hated it and won't be wasting money on this place ever again.

My family and I had a great experience. We’d been eager to try the place out for a while. We are a hot dog-loving family! Couldn’t decide what to order, so we ordered just about everything to share. Lol! Hot dogs, burger (cooked just right), Nashville chicken sandwich, chicken tenders (Yum! Our favorite—if had almost like a beer batter type crust) chili cheese fries and regular cheese fries (which were lovely—I enjoyed how soft and fluffy they were on the inside and crispy on the outside), onion rings (crispy and delicious) and milkshakes. The gentleman taking our order was very nice and knowledgeable about the food. We even met the owner who was very kind. He made rounds to check in on how people were enjoying everything. Will definitely return!

Food is run of the mill at best..counter service was good, actual food was sloppy and I don't know who came up with these hotdogs but you should be fired for ignorance.

Very disappointed with first visit. Food was not correct and was definitely not worth cost at all. Burgers were basic and small. My chicken sandwich was not made correct at all. Didn’t get two chicken filets with sandwiches and got wrong chicken anyway. Cashier was very nice and worked very hard. Drive thru time was long but was expected being restaurant is new . Not worth the hype tho in my opinion. Spend $48 on something that no one liked.

I typically never leave reviews, but I had to today. My wife and I were excited to try this new place, boy were we disappointed. The fries were soggy, I’ve had better dogs at QT, the cheesesteak was small and bland. $30! The onion rings were the only good thing in the bag.

I have been here 3 times since they opened. They just opened and there is no reason for the lack luster service or quality of food. On my last visit there was a bubbly man at the food window. My first order was a Philly and fries. The Philly just wasn’t good the flavor was missing and the sauce just wasn’t tasty. The fries were luke warm and soft. There was no line so I expected hot and fresh food so that was a disappointment. I decided let me try again, since they are so close. My second order was the chili/slaw dog with onion rings. The chili just isn’t good and has a weird taste. The onion rings were cold and soggy. I’m like now they now this isn’t right especially for the price of their items. Still I went a third time purely because I wanted to try the tenders. It should be noted that after the 1st two occurrences w my sides weren’t fresh, I requested that my order be made fresh. I am sure this helped my next statement. The tenders were delicious beer battered(only can speak on freshly cooked ones) and the onion rings were fresh but not tasty. Get a fresh order of fries instead. Don’t say I didn't warn you. I’n conclusion, I don’t have a reason to go back when we have a multitude of better tasting and better priced restaurants on the same road. Good luck Nathan’s but you all need to step up the taste quality of your food!

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but I had to on this one. I went for my lunch break and dove by and it wasn’t busy so I decided to give it a try. DO NOT USE THE DRIVE-THOUGH!
There was 1 car in front of me. It took them about 15 minutes to fill that cars order. Then they came to me with the wrong order and took an additional 10-15 to get my food. Extremely inefficient operation being run there. The food wasn’t even that good. Most likely will not be returning here again.

Had an awful 1st experience here, but decided to give another chance because they so recently opened. Went back and this time went through the drive thru. Several cars in line and it moved very slowly. After bring greeted then asked to wait... I gave my order and had to repeat myself multiple times because the lady kept getting the order wrong. Pulled to the window, asked again about one item because I suspected she still had it wrong. Was assured, before paying, that it was correct. Paid and got a receipt only to see that she had French fries instead of onion rings. Asked again and was told "they're the same price". Ok, but am I getting onion rings or FF? She took my receipt and went and asked someone. Came back and told me that it's fine and they'd be in the bag. Waited again. Was handed my $30 worth of food (2 combos + 1 hotdog) and guess what? No onion rings. Waited for the lady to notice me again and told her the rings weren't in the bag. She rolled her eyes and went to ask someone again. Came back and told me she'd have to charge me more because I ordered a regular fry and the onion rings were more expensive. Gave up. Took the food home to my family only to find that my hotdog was so over cooked it was rubbery. Was like chewing bubble gum. The chicken sandwich combo was cold in the middle. My son's burger combo he said was bland and the fries were greasy. 2 strikes and done on this place. Disappointing given that it took so long to open.

In the short time you've been open, we have been there 7 times! The best chicken tenders that I have eaten. I live in the neighborhood right behind you establishment, so very convenient. Wishing you'll all the best in your new business. Sincerely, Kimberly D.
