Our office ordered food from Nathan's Hot Dog and a 3rd party brought the food to us which was only half the order. I called the restaurant and they made it right. They provided us with the whole order and delivered it directly to Us from the restaurant, not a 3rd party They were super nice and was willing to do what it took to keep our business.
My co-workers and myself, ordered delivery from here today. When our order was delivered by Doordash, we were missing some items. We were not able to leave work today, hence why we ordered delivery. After calling back to the restaurant and telling them what happened, we were very impressed that they re-made the order and delivered it to our office, themselves. The food was impressive but the service was even MORE impressive!
Ordered delivery from Nathans Hotdogs today for our office lunch. The delivery driver only dropped off 1/2 our order. We reached out to the store, and they went out of the way to make it right even though it was not their fault. We will defiantly order again. Thank you.
