The customer service is as sweet as the delicious ice cream! Hailey, Margo and Kiera made my first visit amazing! They honed in on what I liked and helped narrow down what to get from their fabulous menu! My dog even got a pup cup! We’ll be back soon!

We love going here! You have to pay $1 extra for the rim. Not sure why they don’t just price it with the rim with an option to remove it for a dollar less.

We haven’t tried the desserts though, but the milkshakes are wonderful.

Where’s the sugar? I’m someone who lived through and remembers the 90’s. While the interior decorating brought smiles and happy memories, the food was a great disappointment. The milkshakes weren’t sweet at all. The sundae was hard. The NY style cookie was like eating flour with chocolate chips sprinkled in. There were no signs warning us that there would be no sugar in the ice cream or cookies. These are definitely not the kind of sweets I remember from the 90’s! I would’ve been much happier going to Walmart to get ice cream and cookies and would have saved a lot too.

Very disappointed...pricey pricey.. tables where not being cleaned as customers left..this business will not last..finger prints all over window of the door..will not be going back

Staff was friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed our desserts however, I have to point out that its was i credibility dirty in there. Not like something was spilled our the table hadn't been wiped down just built-up gunk and dirt on almost everything I put my eyes on. I know this place gets busy but again this seems to have been there a long time.

False advertising. The shakes show they come with decorations on the side. They do not tell you until they hand it to you that it is over a dollar extra each.

Me personally every time I go I never get what the picture advertising. bc the Dubai chocolate gooey sundae cup is vanilla ice cream on the pic. But gave me chocolate ice cream I didn’t even enjoy it but the crunchy part. They didn’t decorate my daughter’s unicorn milkshake right.
