Ordered desert for delivery but they forgot to add the ice cream. Apparently, they do this ALOT. Oh and they blame DoorDash and refuse to make it right. They look at you like you all confused if you walk in asking for a new one with the ice cream that they failed to add and say you have to go through DoorDash. WTH!!! I am inside why would I go through DoorDash to get the ice cream!!!! Horrible customer service!!! They do not care about satisfying customers!! That was my first experience with them. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!

Absolutely horrible management!! I ordered a brownie with ice cream last night and my order came without the ice cream. I called 4x lastnight and today but no answer. I walked in today and explained what happened in hopes to get my ice cream that I PAID for and I was told that there’s nothing they can do. I was told to take it up with DoorDash. Door dash isn’t responsible for adding ice cream to my order. I will NEVER spend my money here again.

There delicious however the staff fail to wear gloves when serving so the lack food safety training

Wife brought me here on anniversary. We were looking forward to the pumoking cheesecake a dad s’mores milkshake. The you lady told us that they didn’t have any of that. We asked why it was listed in their site as limited time and she responded @it’s seasonal! We are in October? Wife was bummed. She had planned this for a while. Oh and it’s 12:24 and we are still waiting on our 2 milkshakes we ordered at 12pm. No thank you. Not worth it.

I’ve only ever had it delivered so I’m not sure about the in house service or the atmosphere. Delivery is quick so the service must be amazing as is everything that I’ve had so far. My favorite being the bottom of the cereal bowl (fruity pebbles) milkshake. Another fave of mine is the dirt milkshake which is delicious chocolate pudding ice cream topped with cute and fun gummy worms! The banana pudding ice cream is to die for and don’t get me started on the Shabooya Brownie milkshake!
As compared to other places with milkshakes pricewise, it does not break the bank. They’re very much worth the price which is not that high considering. I won’t be grabbing another regular fast food chain milkshake. Only the Ninety’s for me please!

Let’s start by saying that the customer service in this place is horrendous. I was charged a different price than what was advertised, when I asked the cashier to clarify the charges she was lost and asked another employee that could not give me an explanation. Then she rolled her eyes and I was in complete shock. The size of the drink was ridiculously small for the price of 5.95 plus tax taking into account that it was mostly ice.

Will never go to this place again and will never recommend it.

The employees need better training and need to understand what they are selling.
This was a waste a my hard earned money.

I went there on Sunday right before closing time. I got a warm welcome from that group. I felt so special when I walked in. Customer service was satisfactory, sweet, and genuine. Alondra, Keara, Vustin, and the other two girls were sweet also. 10/10. The strawberry shortcake cheesecake milkshake was mouth-watering.

Ordered our ice cream. Our son got his right away. So we sat down to wait. 3 other groups of people ordered there's after us, 1of the groups was 5 people. All of them received theirs before we got the rest of our order. We waited patiently walking up each time they called out thinking ours would be next. Waited 15 minutes to receive 2 ice creams, after we had to remind them of our order b/c they had completely forgotten about us... ice cream an desserts are great.. customer service not so much..

Only go for the photo op or to splurge on your kids, not the customer service or quality of the products. I wasn't acknowledged upon approaching the register. No "Is this your first time?" Or "Any questions about the menu?"Nothing. Then I had to ask if my ice cream could be placed back in the cooler until my shake was done so it won't melt. A reasonable request, but I was met with a little attitude and eyeroll. Needless to say, I won't go back.

Desserts were great, portions are big and the service, top notch. I think playing only 90's music in rotation would solidify the name.
