I came shortly after dinner rush because I wanted a calm, warm hearty meal as I just got back in town from traveling. I sat with Zee, she was super sweet and such a pleasure to engage in conversation with. My food was great and the manager Debra asked about my meal and service experience and as I was communicating with her Zee came and asked if I was okay and yes I was super! Definitely pleased with this experience.
We had a soccer team dinner there, Harford Community College, Bel Air, MD. Lady Fighting Owls! Our server Maddie was great, food was great. Definitely recommend when in Rock Hill, SC.

Did a curbside pick up order. Ordered online. Said it would be ready in 21 minutes so I arrived in 20 minutes. Texted the word here as directed and waited another 20 minutes for my food. I called twice (after 10 minutes) the first time no one answered. It just rang and rang and rang the second time the person answered and said “oh, I’ll run your food out right now.” It was, of course, cold. The (supposedly famous) buns were hard as a rock. I ordered hamburger, it was rubbery and didn’t have any sauce on it, no ketchup, mustard or anything on it. I said no onions it came with onions.The food was terrible, inedible. It was a waste of my money and my time.

This place on a normal night would be awesome. We had a family reunion, and unfortunately, they were short-handed, as a result, food was slow to arrive, and we waited a long time for the bill. If we had visited at another time, I think this place would have been awesome. The customer service made you welcome, and the food was awesome.

I went to this location on Saturday August 26-2023. You had a 10 minute wait before the waitress came to take your drink order and a 20 minutes wait to receive bread. When she took our receipts to pay she cash them out incorrectly instead of her coming to the table and make us aware of the issue she takes our cards to the back for over 20 mins . I’m requesting my card back from whoever walks by and yet it was still another ten minutes before it was returned and she was rude. I request several times to speak with an manager and was told by the hostess she was in pain and refused to come out. They sent the hostess to do the manger job. ( which she did her best). But yet there was no correction done on my bill. So why was my card held so long. I don’t suggest anyone goes to this location. The worst service I’ve ever received.

Came here for 1st time in a while. Wasn't too busy. We had the ribs and steak combos. The rolls that come as you get drinks are very delicious. Just happened to be free pie Wednesday. Apple and cherry pies were great but not 100% sure they weren't frozen boxed pies. Food definitely tastes better than it used to. Great and fast service. Will be returning.

Our server, Ty, made our experience very pleasant. He was very polite and attentive, had our food and beverages to us quickly, and checked on us frequently. The host and manager were also very nice. Definitely the best eating experience in Rock Hill!
Hair in my food, slow service response even though there were hardly any people in the resturant, and not all the food we ordered came out to the table. They completely forgot about the other things we ordered. Very disappointed. It said 4 star, but I question that!

We drove almost 40 minutes out here because i loved O'Charleys and they closed our location in Monroe. As soon as we arrived, the hostess gave a bad attitude and already set the vibe off. Our server seemed like they were doing their best but barely checked on us and my drink left unfilled the entire meal. Our steaks didn't come out right, and when we asked them to correct the steak, they took the same steak back, cooked it further, clearly didnt flip it and burned it on one side, half the steak was brown on the inside well done and the other half rare pink all the way to the edge still, and didnt even add garlic butter again. It was honestly a terrible experience and i was so dissapointed. We wont be returning.

Miss Hostess Heidi at front door on Sundays!! Bring her backKid-friendliness: Always good to my kids. Engaging.

Was totally unsatisfied with service. Dishes were not served they were handed to you in your hand ??? Not nice. Then still we stayed for another drink but three times to iur table and still didn’t take our dirty dishes away. Just seemed very not trained.
