I took my mom here because a coworker recommended it. We had a 6 o’clock reservation and our server didn’t come by 6:20. This wouldn’t have been an issue if we didn’t have a show to make it to. She was very overwhelmed And walked away in the middle of taking our order.
All that set aside, the food was incredible! I have never had brussels sprouts that good before in my life. I was blown away by all the flavors.

The worst experience ever. It took almost an hour to get anything to eat. The food was not cooked. The only thing that was edible was the salad. The waitress never came back to check on our party. The food was not cooked. I would even give that mess to a dog. Horrible- absolutely horrible food, service and experience. I will never patronize this establishment again. Yuck!

Food was great. Service was quick and efficient, and we enjoyed the trivia on the TV.

I ordered the bang bang Brussels and received the most disrespectful serving I’ve ever seen. You could look at them and tell that they shouldn’t have been served to anyone. The forks couldn’t even go through them and if they did, they would just break because they were so dried out. They sounded like dry leaves being walked on. That was the appetizer and should’ve been our cue to just leave. But after I asked if they were supposed to be that burnt and taste that burnt the waitress took them back and I received another order, that was a little better. At least some of those were edible. We then receive the rest of our order. While placing our orders, my husband and I weren’t informed of certain things being an upcharge. He was asked what kind of fries he wanted and was told he could get them 3 different ways which were regular, garlic Parmesan, and some bbq style. Never anything about it being extra. So he chose garlic parm. I ordered the chicken linguini, but not big on chicken and asked if I could sub it. I was told yes. I was also not informed that this would be considered an upcharge. These charges weren’t listed on their menu either, so the waitress should have told us these things. On the menu, it said to “add” shrimp to my chicken linguini, it would be $8 and $0.50 for blackened. Well I didn’t add it, I subbed it for the chicken. But I was billed for chicken (I had no chicken) and $4.00 for subbing it for shrimp. My hubby was charged an additional $4.00 for his fries, in addition to the price of his meal, which also wasn’t on the menu. The food was not good. Maybe it was because of the day that we went, but $70+ for what we received, was not a good experience. And to top it off, we asked to-go containers and were offered the paper takeout containers, thinking that was all they had for us to take the leftovers. Only for the table next to us to receive the plastic takeout containers for their orders. But with linguini, I’m offered paper?! The entire experience was wrong. The tea and the shrimp toast were good. Everything else?! Not so much. The service could’ve made it better, but bad service on top of the beyond burnt to ashes Brussels sprouts, the unexpected charges, the unseasoned linguini sauce, and the paper takeout, there was no way to overlook anything or give grace. And I don’t want to feel that it was because of the color of our skin, played a part in the lack of service, so I’m going to only keep it based on what we we experienced. We will not ever go back though!

The atmosphere is great. For the restaurant to be in such an open space they do a great job at keeping the noise down. Foam under the tables and plenty of sound absorbing decor. Our server was nice, definitely new. Their computers went down so our food took a bit longer. I had the flounder and it was well seasoned. The grits to fish ratio was a bit off to me. The grits overpowered the dish. I would have preferred less grits, more black eyed peas and tomato. Otherwise it was good. The french fries were 10/10. The shrimp toast was also quite good. It is spicy but I personally like spice. We will come back to try a few other dishes. The cocktails were also done well. Good value for the quality of food.

For some reason unknown to us or the wait staff could not figure out how shards glass was all over our table as well the floor around us. We heard a loud what sounded like a glass being sat down on our table very hard but non of us did it nor was any of our glasses cracked or broken. It was a complete mystery to is all. Anyway we chalked it up to ghost and left pleased with our meal and service just baffled about the glass shards.

This is one of the best places (maybe the best) in Rock Hill. The chef is definitely on top of his game, with a menu that has something for everyone, but tailored towards comfort. One of these days I will try the tasting menu (and I would be so interested if the chef expands that!). Burger is excellent, salads are wonderful, fries are great. Bar has a giant selection of so many drinks from spirits to beers, but a little light on the wine list. Staff is wonderful. Atmosphere is fantastic. Bathrooms are even very very nice. Can't say a bad thing about it. Keep it up!

We live going here, it’s one of the better restaurants in Rock Hill. Good service, good food done well and the space itself is great. Parking being free now is even better

There must a playground inside because the restaurant was full of children running around screaming. It took us two hours to eat (party of 6) and there’s only one other table in the restaurant !! The server was seated at the bar and we had to take her the bill to tender. And there’s a 3% charge for using a credit card!! They didn’t disclose that! Never ever will we return and the food was barely edible.

The restaurant was beautiful and somewhat rustic. One could watch sports or engage in a romantic meal.

My friend had the salt and pepper flounder, and he enjoyed it. He said the grits were flavorful with a nice consistency.

I had the chicken linguini, and as a vegetarian, I asked the chicken to be omited, which they graciously obliged. What was odd was that they did not substitute with anything or increase the portion, but they brought the bill at full price. We had to ask it be adjusted, which they did. The bread that came with it was grilled on a grill that clearly needed cleaning.

Overall, the food was well seasoned, flavorful, and nicely presented. Our waiter was a nice fellow, though not service oriented.
