When I made the reservation I had looked at the menu online. At this time there were dinner options. When we got there, it was primarily sandwiches and salads. We chose to try the chefs special, a three course meal with a pairing. The food was texturally ok but lacked a spice profile. The wines did not come out with the meals and our waitress, who was VERY NICE was just maybe too busy? All of this made the meal quite overpriced in my opinion.

The food and service were ok. Nothing great. Looks a lot better online. First time going there and would not go back.

Good was good but we order an appetizer and it never came when he brought our dinner out we asked about it ( (which was a wait !! ) O' he would check on it , we said no dinner was here

Great service!! Good was exceptional!! We've been here 6-7 times and haven't had a bad meal!

The title is kitchen and ‘cocktails', however there were maybe 6 cocktails on the menu to choose from. Very misleading. The food was pretty good overall. More of a southern cuisine. I had the southern fried steak and brussels which were both amazing! Definitely a kitchen vibe.. not cozy or romantic. It feels like a hotel lobby restaurant.

We had an incredible experience! The cocktails were incredible and the food was even better!

Our group of 20 ladies rolled into Old Town for drinks and appetizers, and it was a blast. The food hit the spot and the drinks kept flowing. Drew, the general manager, deserves a shoutout. He made planning for a group this size feel effortless with great communication from the start. Amber took care of us at the table and kept things moving with a smile, which is no small task with 20 different orders. We laughed, we snacked, and we left happy. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re looking for a fun night out.

Our second visit last night. Restaurant was kinda dead for a Friday at 7 pm.
I went against my better judgment and ordered the fried flounder and Shrimp cocktail. I broke my standing rule of not ordering seafood when the sea is not within sight. Karma reprimanded me swiftly for that poor decision. I have zero doubt that what I was served came from a frozen section of Our local grocer. The flounder was not “fried” it was crusted. And “crusted over”. I’m not certain it was actually flounder. It was barely room temp. My mind went to “air fryer”. The shrimp part of the shrimp cocktail was not chilled. It was slightly cooler than the flounder. The cocktail sauce was hard to differentiate from the fancy ketchup on the plate. Not enough horseradish to call it cocktail sauce. Same goes for the tartar sauce. I believe it was mayo with some pickle relish mixed in for texture. Full disclosure. I grew up in Charleston. I fly to New Orleans, Seattle , and southeast Alaska for the sole purpose of catching seafood and eating it. So maybe I’m being a little extra. .
My date had the Parmesan chicken. She thought it was very good.
Presentation on both plates could use some help. You eat with your eyes before you eat with your mouth.
I don’t recall the young ladies name that served us. But she did a decent job.
I am rooting for your success. But it won’t come via the seafood I’m afraid.

I was served by Kaylee, for a nicer restaurant I would expect some enthusiasm from services which there was none. We were not politely asked for anything but rather stared at until we took it upon ourselves to assume she was taking our order. We ordered two burgers neither of which were cooked to the correct temperature. The mac and cheese looked like it had sat under a heat lamp while the burgers were burning and then got a garnish of short black hair. I will say the location and atmosphere are very appealing. Seems like there is a management or employee issue. :(

We got loaded fries and wings for appetizers. We tried the Cheerwine and lemon pepper - both were amazing. Crispy on the outside and juicy/tender inside. The entrees (mac and cheese w/grilled chicken, fried green BLT and creole chicken linguini) were excellent.

Rhonda

The smoked wings were horrible, dry like beef jerky. We took one bite and my husband tried the two different flavors. We both thought the wings tasted like they were two days old. The brussels sprouts were very good. I might come back for a burger.

We ordered food to go at the bar. Love the atmosphere. Plus free parking across the street. The bartender and GM were super friendly and fun to talk with. Cocktails like lemonade lavender were delicious. We had had fried green tomato BLT and country fried steak, both meals were delicious. Parents had steak and a salad with grilled chicken on side. The latter was a little spicy, fyi. Definitely recommend and plan to return.
