We’ve been coming to this Outback location in Rock Hill for years and they never disappoint….especially tonight. Our almost 8 yo Great Dane, Winnie, has always begged for a medium rare filet mignon with a loaded baked potato and fries all her life. Well, tonight, for her last meal she had just that. Her very own plate prepared, with love, by the staff at this location….with a handwritten sympathy card from the kitchen manager, Angie. Watching Winnie perk up to devour her very own steak in under a minute brought such comfort and a brief moment of happiness in such a devastating time in our lives. We are truly grateful.

Enjoying a quiet dinner and a HUGH ROACH walked across my table as if it was part of the staff!! If they would sweep the food up off the floor in between guests the bugs wouldn’t think it was a buffet!!$ GROSS!!

Food was good but they brought us the wrong type of steaks 3 times. Server would bring refills on drinks but leave the dirty dishes and cups on the table.

I ordered the Kingsland Pasta with steak and chicken; and butter cake. Pasta was delivered with shrimp and no chicken. I ordered chicken, the receipt said chicken and the label on the entrée container said chicken. The butter cake did not have any strawberries and the cream was sparse and dried out. Disappointing order.

We ordered the 3 course meal. 1st course was soup for one and Salad for the other. We sat for 15 minutes waiting for silverware. We asked the server for silverware and the guy brought out plastic forks and knives. We went to the hostess (Desiree) who went into the back washed and wrapped the silverware we needed to eat. Our meal came out steak and potato steak was way under cooked.

Good Food - Bad Service, We recently had dinner & the food was very good but the service was very bad. Our server Aidan, said he was there for over 2 years, don't understand why/how. We ordered a bottle of wine & he didn't offer a taste, opened the bottle & just poured 2 glasses, since when do you not get to taste the wine before it's poured???? We didn't see him again until he brought our check, noticed a server a couple booths/tables away, believe his name was "Q". He was constantly checking on his tables to see if they needed anything else while Aidan was just standing in the back of the restaurant. It had been sometime since we had been at Outback but other than service was very pleased with this visit. I will visit again but definitely request a different server.
Ordered a takeout dinner for my birthday. They didn't give me my salad. I called they said they putting it on a tab so the next time I came in I get it for Free? I already paid for it why wouldn't it be Free. After going lower in the bag I found that they didn't even give my Fries. What a birthday dinner just Ribs and it doesn't even look like a half rack. Thanks Outback for Screwing up my Birthday Dinner. Wife even said it wasn't busy. The whole Staff needs to be Retrained.

I ordered a 16 ounce Strip Steak & it was not worth the cost of $32.00. The steak tasted like a salt brine & no flavor in the meat. It was very tough to cut. Went to use rest room & both hand soap dispensers were empty. Come on this is a food establishment, how did your employees wash there hands? I worked in food manufacturing all my life & I know all about Good "GMP" practices & hand soap in a rest room is a must have. Rest rooms need to be inspected more often. Soap dispensers were filled before I left the establishment.

You RUINED my birthday. I brought my whole family. Called the morning of at 11am for a 5:30 pm reservation and explained (12) people would attend. Service was TERRIBLE, lacked getting drinks, auctioned off food & messed up orders, checks were all messed up. SLOWWWW uncaring Service. I called a manager and SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. I will never step foot in an Outback again. I really expected better for the price we paid.

Our server was rude right from the start! I have personally worked and owned my own restaurant, you don’t greet the table by saying “just so you know the kitchen is really behind tonight so your food is going to take a long time to come out” When the food did finally come we had to ask for silverware and then after taking my 1st bite I noticed the hair wrapped up in my fettuccine pasta 🤢 thanks Outback…You used to have high standards guess that went out the window. No I'm sorry about your food no compensation nothing, not to mention every time the server came over to check on us she seemed like she had it big attitude The only line she had was “everything good” !
