My family and I have ordered from Papa Johns twice recently. The first time, the delivery driver would not get out of their vehicle to deliver the pizza to the door. Since they just sat there, we went to the vehicle to get the pizza. Today, our delivery driver drove into our yard, parked the car there and brought the pizza to the door. We let the driver know that’s absolutely ridiculous and that he should not be driving into someone’s yard instead of the driveway. His name is Deiby. Both of these drivers were delivering pizza for Papa Johns through door dash. We won’t be ordering from Papa Johns again.

How can a pizza cut so horribly wrong make it out the door? Several pieces with no toppings, severs pieces with too much toppings. Will we ever make it back to a workforce that cares about the products they produce? Will not use this location again.

I ordered 3 large pizzas for carry out around 1pm and the workers on 4/18/2024 were so nice. I had issues with my debit card and they were so patient with me. I appreciate them and had to put in a positive review! The pizza was great too and they didn’t forget the extra sauces I ordered separately!!

Spent $120 on family dinner. They brought me the wrong order, delivery guy came back and argued that it was only the wrong receipt until I started opening boxes and showing him. He dropped a receipt in my yard and walked away. I had to ask him to pick it up. The pizza they brought me was wrong the second time too. Waste of hard earned money. $20 tip to be argued with

Rude Management and no drivers so if you don't receive your full order don't expect this store to do anything to fix it especially Brittany Sawyer.. Complaint file with Corporate and Upper management. This store is the worse in Rock Hill. I'll never eat from there again.
Took forever for someone to come to the window and foreigners answered the order line. Didn't speak very good English and had to repeat my order several times. Pizza as always is good.

I use this location over any others. Convenient location, very friendly and professional staff that is always working so hard, convenient drive up and drive thru options, as well as always serving up the best pizza and other menu items!!always new menu items to try! Food is cooked to perfection every time, as if it was their own. The general manager is also very very kind and professional! I had one small mistake, that could’ve easily happened when I was ordering on my end honestly. Brantlie, (the GM) went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of by personally reaching out to me. I will continue to use this Papa Johns a few times monthly! Love them! ❤️ Keep up the good work team!

I am a door dasher and I had to use the drive through instead of being able to come inside. Alex greeted me warmly and explained that he was the only person working at that time. Alex was very professional and made the orders promptly with a great attitude! I hope the owners of this Papa Johns sees this and lets Alex know what a great job he did! His positive attitude changed my bad day into a good one! Thank you Alex!
