Outrageous wait times without so much as an apology. Papa John's food so NOT WORTH anything more than a 10-minute wait. Better options close by and with real customer service.

This is the worst papa John’s ever they told me 20 minutes on the phone I waited 30 and went in the store they told me 20 more freaking minutes why get y’all’s stuff together and quit lying to people over the phone so you will order from there! Manage this store because this is unacceptable

Messed up my delivery order again. Forgot the garlic sauce I ordered extra since my fav doesn't come with it. Not the first mistake from this store. Called to complain and she said to drive up there and get some. Come on management, someones not checking orders. 😒

My family and I have ordered from Papa Johns twice recently. The first time, the delivery driver would not get out of their vehicle to deliver the pizza to the door. Since they just sat there, we went to the vehicle to get the pizza. Today, our delivery driver drove into our yard, parked the car there and brought the pizza to the door. We let the driver know that’s absolutely ridiculous and that he should not be driving into someone’s yard instead of the driveway. His name is Deiby. Both of these drivers were delivering pizza for Papa Johns through door dash. We won’t be ordering from Papa Johns again.

They are always on point. Food is good, employees are polite and professional! This is one of my favorite places to get pizza.

How can a pizza cut so horribly wrong make it out the door? Several pieces with no toppings, severs pieces with too much toppings. Will we ever make it back to a workforce that cares about the products they produce? Will not use this location again.

I ordered 3 large pizzas for carry out around 1pm and the workers on 4/18/2024 were so nice. I had issues with my debit card and they were so patient with me. I appreciate them and had to put in a positive review! The pizza was great too and they didn’t forget the extra sauces I ordered separately!!

Spent $120 on family dinner. They brought me the wrong order, delivery guy came back and argued that it was only the wrong receipt until I started opening boxes and showing him. He dropped a receipt in my yard and walked away. I had to ask him to pick it up. The pizza they brought me was wrong the second time too. Waste of hard earned money. $20 tip to be argued with
