I just went to this place and ordered a shark attack ice cream and instead they gave me the different one that I don't even know what flavor it was. It was hard for them to say that they didn't know how to make it or that they didn't have it. What a disappointment.

I've been going to Pelicans since I was a student at WU, and it's always been a go-to spot after a hot day. Place is a little run down, but honestly, that's just part of its charm. They have outdoor seating w games available to play, and you always get your shaves ice quickly. I'll also mention they have many different flavors to choose from, so there always something for everyone!!

I first visited this location when I transferred to Rock Hill, SC. The guest service was excellent then, and it remained the same today. I definitely recommend this place. The SnoBalls are awesome. I've only tried 2 flavors thus far. Can't wait to visit again!

Had to wait 5 minutes for my snowball when nobody was there before me. Then I proceeded to wait an additional 5 just for the snowball itself to be about 80% syrup, made incorrectly, and packed so tight that half of it was wasted trying to eat it. I don’t know what happened but something needs to change.

These people a trip, I ordered 4 SnowCones, even if I said the wrong SnowCone, which I did not.The lady talk so low, you really can’t even understand what she be saying.But when I looked back at my receipt today. They refunded me for 8 dollars and not my 12 dollars.So y’all gone charge me $4 for a topping, that I didn’t even want?That lady just kept trying to go back and forth with me, when all I wanted was the correct snow cones.Y’all are wrong and and y’all will get whatever comes to y’all.
