I ordered a 6 in. Turkey and bread sub. When it came out there was so little Turkey on it that the next table saw it and commented. My boyfriend and I both got upset stomachs from out meal. Im very disappointed as PS really ised to be rocking their food and service. I'll stop here.

I just want to brag on this location right quick after contemplating for what seems like forever on what me and my SO wanted to eat we settled on Penn Station at 955pm they close at 10 unbeknownst to us. When I walked in they maintained their professionalism and politeness and didn't complain one time! The Caucasian guy who worked the front even graciously cut the fryer and grill back on to prepare my food. The food was fresh and the restaurant was clean thank you to the staff for tonight you guys were awesome!

I went to Penn Station last night for the first time. I had read about how good the cheesesteaks are and wanted to give them a try. Reading the reviews of this store had my expectations for service pretty low. On the contrary, I had a great experience. The young lady who took my order was kind and did a great job getting it right. The young man who delivered our food was also super nice. The food was hot and very good. The restaurant was also very clean. (I gave it 5 stars for atmosphere based on that. It is just a typical counter style sub place.) Good job! We will be back.

Went the for the first time and was very disappointed with the service my family received. We placed our order with a very rude employee who kept making smart remarks and constantly was running his fingers through his hair. My receipt said I was served by a Jacob. Only 2 employees had uniforms on, and the person who we dealt with had on a ragged hoodie sweat shirt. The other employees seemed to be working at a reasonable pace while the person who took our order just seemed to stand around. Probably won't go back to this location.

Food is decent, but the service is not the greatest. The food was messed up/incorrectly prepared- twice on two visits; back to back weeks. It took longer than normal to get the food to the table. When asked for ranch or mayo server acted upset and disappeared. The trash cans were over flowing and the tables were not clean. They were not slammed and the restaurant did not reflect the level of service that one would expect with a dirty dinning room.

Good place to order subs. All food made to order & not sitting around under heat lamps. Have a descent choice in food could use more choices. I had the steak & cheese with fries. The fries are good! I recall a sign on the window stating they are cooked in peanut oil ??. Going to have to try them again & order something different to get a better feel for the place
Ordered pick up on my way home. Was expecting to be able to pick up and leave since i had my kid with me. Wrong. Staff did not have my order ready 20 minutes past my pick up time. Moving slow. Packing up fries for her mother. My fries were late, but cold. Never again, will stick to the Charlotte location.

NEEDS A SUPERVISOR TOO MANY KIDS!! Doing absolutely nothing..We had to wait 45 minutes for food? After waiting all that time to get my order wrong and cold fries!! I knew we should’ve turned around when there was 6 ppl working and the placed looked WRECKED food was everywhere and only one person in line.. Appearance and Cleanliness means a lot when working around food! Fire the entire staff who worked Friday November 3rd @6:30pm
Excellent service and food! But the show stopper was the cleanliness of the resturant. It was noticeably cleaner than a few month back when we went. A few months ago it was filthy and finger prints all over the glass and lemonade container. The back cooking station was a mess and we weren't going to return. But today! Today we returned and I'm glad we did. It was beautiful in there. Decorated for Halloween and super clean. The staff was very professional and polite. I had to ask what changed? It's super clean in the back work area, glass is print free and all stations looked freshly clean. I was so impressed. Great job Penn Station!! I believe it's under new management and they are doing bang up awesome job! The food was hot and delicious. We will be back more often!
