I ordered the special 2 medium 1 topping with breadsticks and I got Alfredo. I ordered it for later, thinking it'd be nice to have it fresh and not rushed, but I was sorely wrong. This thin crust is completely dried out and burnt and even the pepperoni is burned. My pasta is hard and dry and I had to go back in and beg for the 2liter that I purchased as if I was trying to get it for free. I asked for an extra marinara sauce and it cost 0.82 cents and it's not even half full. I get that I paid for the special, but I don't think I should have to get something we can't even eat! I tried calling of course I can't get in touch with anyone. SMH I don't think I will ever convince my husband that pizza hut is good, it's my favorite, but at this point I don't think we'll be back to the Cherry Rd location. Oh and I don't like to complain about the service, I don't think the girl had been there long enough to understand everything she did not even know how to ring up the extra sauce.

First time ordering pizza hut in a LONG time cause honestly the reviews have had me nervous regardless of location.... Decided I'd give it a shot and glad i did. Since I was nervous about it I figured I'd go with a with a simple order of double cheese sticks this time. I know there's nothing complicated about that but the gentleman at the counter(James)greeted me when I came in the door was very social and welcoming. Was refreshing to go into a place where people actually don't act like they hate being there. Great experience. Cheese sticks are awesome. Will be returning!👍

I call on 8/30/2025 and placed a order for a deep dish pepperoni and cheese pizza with bread sticks, I get to the store at 2245 cherry rd proceeding home I open my pizza box they gave me a regular poor customer service I spoke to manager Tasha very nice crew took very good care of the situation but I am not satisfied with customer service poor review for me.

I ordered thru pizzahut.com, they decided to deliver with DoorDash. Driver stole order and Pizza Hut feels they’re not responsible because DoorDash delivered. But I never ordered thru DoorDash. TRASH
