As I walked in the door I was greeted by two of the workers! They had the biggest smiles on their faces!! Very friendly, also wanted to brag on the cleanliness of the lobby! You can tell they enjoyed their job! I gave them a tip and the sweet young man ran over to open the door and offered to walk me to my car!! I was impressed! The pizza, breadsticks, and wings were all hot and fresh!!! Just a great experience all around!!!

I watched an employee take an old squeeze bottle of what looked like BBQ sauce and fill it all the way up, without bothering to clean the bottle or get a new one. Makes you wonder what else the don't bother to clean. Ick.

Place an online order. Upon arrival apparently my order was given to another customer. The staff informed me another pizza would be made but a few minute later I was given a cold Meatlovers with grilled chicken tossed a top. The chicken was literally falling off the pizza into the box. You could clearly see the chicken was not cooked with the pizza. I don’t usually write reviews but this was terrible.

On Thursday September 26, 2024 I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. I happened to work at Pizza Hut in my hometown; but the one on Cherry Road of Rock Hill SC I was extremely disappointed, and unsatisfied with the order I received. I happened to have been hungry for a late night and I used UberEats. I ordered a single order of cheese sticks and a personal pan pizza. Remind you I ordered at 10:16 PM and it was 11:35 when I got it. My driver expressed to me that they ran out of food products and they could not replace my missing cheese sticks for anything else. They did NOT ONCE OFFER ME I BEG FOUR TIMES FOR SOMETHING IN EXCHANGE THAT GOES WITH THE PRICE DIFFERENCE. The lady said mozzarella sticks I could get BUT it would take 10-15 minutes to make. I said “NO THANKS” driver just come on I mean the level of inconsistency with products, time, and overall service was “SLACK” & ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT.

I’ve gotten pizza from here maybe four times. Now I wish I never did. Today, I came in and saw the ONE person in there, dig her bare hands into the toppings, put it on the pizza, touch the monitor on top of her head, and then grab another pizza. There is no way I’m eating anything from them again, they got something going on. And it stank.

Ordered via doordash as they weren't doing deliveries. The young lady at door dash said I'm sorry for the delay, they had to make your cinnamon sticks again and then left out the dipping sauce I PAID for!! Their customer service is awful and they took an extra 30 minutes to complete a very simple order. While doordash refunded me, the icing makes them. I made sure my door dasher was compensated extra for her wait.
