If I can give a zero I would! I booked them to make a cake for my son’s birthday party. We had an agreement of the day and time when to deliver the cake. When the day came(sons birthday party day) they went ghost on me. Didn’t answer my text or calls, didn’t bother to let me know ahead of time that they wouldn’t be able make the cake. The cake was suppose to be the center of the theme we had for the party and my son was so excited to see the cake, but I had to give him the bad news that the we had to go another direction with the cake. (Getting a birthday cake last minute sucks.) main point is these people are very un professional and heartless! 👎🏾

I will never recommend this place or use them again placed order for a 9 yr old Birthday Party promised to have cake and other favors made never showed ruined the party and broke the kids heart I repeat think twice before spending money here never even made aware so we could go elsewhere I RATE THIS PLACE A BIG 0

We love Jess'! Everything we have had is delicious. This weekend we celebrated my husbands birthday and we surprised him with the peanut butter cake. The cake was amazing! My girls love all the different cookies.

Jess is absolutely awesome! I still can't believe she was able to make 2 dozen cookies overnight happen for me so we could have them for a gender reveal this past weekend!
