Poetic took such great care of us! 10/10 recommend

The food was amazing as always and we had an off the charts server! Poetic was friendly, professional and the kindest server we have had in a while as we go out to eat quite a bit- he had the biggest smile upon arriving, making us feel so welcome and is just someone that you want to have around. Thank you for taking care of us and treating us like family! We will be back to visit! God bless. :)

Had lunch here today, the food was immaculate and the service was even better. We will definitely be back, and letting all family and friends know about this place. Poetic was our server, and you couldn’t ask for better service! 11/10 ⭐️’s

Last two times I’ve ordered takeout from Richie’s, my experience has been less than ideal.

First time I received a pizza I did not order. When I called, they apologized but did not correct or offer to correct their mistake.

Second time, I came in and stood at the reception desk for 5 minute before someone even acknowledged I was there. The staff were huddled in the back corner but did not come to greet me for my pick up order that was sitting at the front.

Very disappointed.

Lunch specials are very reasonable, it was the best tomato basil soup and as always their garlic knots are so good, they melt in your mouth. My husband loved his pizza as well.

After a walk, we stopped in and enjoyed a wonderful meal! We had lasagna, meatballs, and salad. The service was excellent and so is the quality of food. I would highly recommend it.

The best place! We had great conversations and AWESOME customer service with Jackson, Poetic, and Fiona (for short, Fi). It is always great food, great time, and amazing people that work there! We’ve been going since the opening and it has always been the best time! Thank yall!
