Decent food.
The order I picked up was not the order I placed and the manager argued with me regarding what I ordered, refused to look at the mobile app and told me that I’d have to go thru the drive thru again if I wanted to add to the order the food I needed to complete my mobile order. The was rude and argumentative. This is not the first time we’ve had trouble here and I should have avoided this location.
Dry chicken tenders, pretty much raw greasy fries. I won’t waste my money again!!
I been getting their Fish Dinners, very good. Only problem is getting shrimp is hit or miss. I ordered a 6 pc and a 10 pc this last time. Did not get the 10pc. Still excellent fish, love the crinkle fries to.Note they are only open till 5pm according to Yelp.
I was disappointed with my 1st visit to this location. My potato wedges were piping hot, fresh. But my chicken was nowhere near fresh. It was old, it had too much breading on it and it also tasted like it had been fried in old scorched grease. Now I must admit, I will give them one more shot because it looked like they were ready to go home when I came in around 2:00 p.m. even though they stay open till 8:00. I thought it was going to be staffed by just Raise the Roost employees but it looked like it's still 7-Eleven employees that are working over at the raise the roost counter. That's probably part of the problem. My next attempt will be during breakfast hours.
My order was mixed up with the car in front of us. We had their drinks and they had ours. We just happed to be traveling with them
