It started off ok. I asked for plain ribs, well they brought them with sauce on them. The ones they brought back out was hard. So half the meat was still on the bone. They asked how they were I let them know they were hard. He said he would get the manager but they never came. I wasn't asking for anything for free I just wanted to let them know. They had messed it up twice I wasn't gonna let them do it a third time. I placed a to-go order and asked them to make sure they didn't give me a hard burger. I walked off back to my seat, and went back up to ask a question and they were in the back talking junk. The girl looked surprised when she came out but I heard. I also gave them a chance to address me face to face but she went back to the kitchen. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with this place. Just do better.

The food was very good. The service was excellent. The price was reasonable. We had barbecue chopped pork platters and enjoyed them. They offered a large selection of sides and sauce .

Service was good. I got the chicken sandwich and mannn that thing was hard and dry!! My gma got the pulled BBQ. She wasn't a fan either. Was dry and didn't give much on the portions. I doubt we'll come back here.

I went and picked up food for my work when I walked in dude at the front was in a bad mood I got a burger with everything on it and it only had burger and cheese really small patty I had like 10 fries and my other coworkers got no celery and nothing right
Unfortunately I have to write a bad review. My wife and I went into the location in Rock hill and found the employees sitting in the floor behind the counter. They never said hello or anything to acknowledge us. It was like we had inconvenienced them. The menu was limited to things not being available. No tea, no hamburgers and other items out. This was my worst experience in this location and we often eat here. I can assure you I will never return to this business. I just hope this gets some attention because the food is usually really good. This occurred on the 11/17/2024 at 7pm.

Shane’s Ribshack in Newport, SC has really gone downhill. This is the 3rd time we’ve eaten here in the last month, where the food and service are awful. We didn’t receive several items in our order that we paid for, and were told they weren’t making anymore Mac n cheese, grilled chicken tenders for the night. This was 2 hours before they close. Also, no sweet tea made and the girl offered to brew some, only to complain loudly to her co worker about having to do so. There was something slimy dripping/hanging from the tea urn as well, that I overheard several comments about from other customers. See attached photo.
