I'm so disgusted... The short: I was missing a chicken strip, and the cashier took the plate back to the manager. He asked her, "What you want me to do?" He said exactly that.. in that moment, I knew I'd never spend another penny in this establishment. Over the years, it's always been hit or miss, but this was an exceptionally rude experience. TRASH.
The food was good but I looked in my ice tea in seen it was a Roach that was most definitely disgusting.Parking: Parking was great!!

I had shrimp boat for months and I was very satisfied about the fried chicken tenders (my son loved it) until the last time I ordered a 4 pieces plater paid the same price like usual but this time the tenders were extremely SMALL. Those tenders size were no bigger than adults finger. I was very disappointed and didn’t even want to come back again.

I ordered the 4 piece to go. I asked for two legs, two thighs and hush puppies instead of slaw. What I got was a leg, thigh, wing, breast, and slaw. It took almost an hour to prepare it and they still couldn't get the order right. The food was good though.

The food was excellent but the staff was not as pleasant as I am used to. I used to work the restaurant field and the cashier was less than enthused to assist me. She needs retraining in customer service. When I spend my money I expect and deserve better CS and less attitude. Stay home if you don't like your job find another . If not for the fried green tomatoes I would never visit again. Captain Steve's is better anyway. Just my opinion though.
