IF I choose to indulge in Starbucks, this is normally the location I go to. Always friendly and hard working folks. Too hard working honestly. Stopped in today to grab an afternoon beverage and was told it'll be at least a 15 minute wait, we got a bunch of mobile orders at once. ?!? OK. So turn away(or strongly discourage a sale) a walk in, face to face guest, over a barrage of online orders that aren't in store at the time? Fine. I'll make my cup o afternoon Joe at home. Where there is no worry of some crazy virtual line. 🙄
Always fast and friendly service
Whoever is working the speaker today (11/14/25) she is so precious and sweet and sounds like she really loves her job and life. She just made my whole day and it’s not even 9 am

Baristas are always super sweet, barely ever have any issues and they are always willing to fix mistakes. Best store in rock hill by far!

Friendly staff, good drinks but i will say bring a card to pay with. I used cash and they acted like it was a huge deal to get change and took a very long time to get the change.
At first didn’t have too kind of an experience and then abby or amy i can’t remember her name made it completely better she’s an amazing shift!!

Normally I don’t do reviews often but honestly the experience I received was awful. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and it wasn’t busy I was the only car in the drive through and they gave me the drink busted like the lid couldn’t even close it was leaking as she was giving it to me and didn’t give me napkins or even ask to give me anything . I called the store and the management was terrible tried to accuse me of cussing at them when I didn’t even say anything bad , I turned around and went back for them to act like I wanted a whole different drink all I asked for was a new lid and some napkins. I was waiting while they were rolling their eyes and trying to make every excuse on why I couldn’t wait for my drink. Honestly im very disappointed because I only come here due to it being the closest to my house . Just know they aren’t respectful and refuse to take accountability for their mistakes.

Restaurantji Recommends
Extremely busy on Friday, Sept. 19 . The staff was getting the orders out quickly. Thanks to them! Special mention to Jatee? Who was keeping everything clean between handling orders and the strawberry blonde with glass, could not see her name tag. She thanked me and wished a good day. Hectic, efficient and personable can hard on promotion days. Which was Double Stars for me and wish Sbux would stagger these. :)

So mad… usually love this store. Went and order a pink drink with light ice and vanilla cold foam. Got a pink drink with light WATER and cold foam. There wasn’t even any strawberry pieces. It tasted like a disgusting watered down strawberry juice. Ruined my whole day. Worker spent so much time writing all over the cup that they didn’t make the drink right. I didn’t drink any of it. And paid $7!
Twice I've paid for customizations to my coffee, and twice I've had to turn around and go back and get my coffee remade because they didn't add my classic syrup. They seem annoyed to fix their mistakes on a coffee I paid almost $8 for. Weird.

My daughter got her first experience there today, so she wasn't familiar with the menu. The cashier was patient and informative, and when my daughter chose a macha franchisor, the cashier was kind enough to say it could be an acquired taste. She offered to make something different, if my daughter didn't like it and had her taste it on site to be sure... so thoughtful!!!
