I ordered 2 coffees at 11:01am while I had a brief meeting and it was 11:37am and i still hadn’t received my order. My meeting was over and i didn’t have my coffee. It was a very unpleasant experience for me. I think it is very unprofessional to have a customer wait more than 20 minutes for an order especially if it’s a simple order. I understand that it is busy but no one should wait almost 40 minutes for a coffee. I asked the lady why it was taking so long and she replied that they had alot of orders through the drive thru and door dash orders. I asked her for a refund and left. I feel like the staff should be more considerate to meet customers needs. I will not be returning.

When in the Rock Hill area, I would say this is your go-to Starbucks. The staff is super friendly and efficient. They've gotten every order I ever placed perfectly right. The assistant manager Justin with his morning crew is simply awesome. They're full of positive energy, which helps get the morning tone into a perfect start. Keep up the great work everyone your customers appreciate all of you 👍🏽

This Starbucks continuously has issues I come to this one because it’s close to where I live but I can assure you I won’t be coming back! They never have mobile orders ready and consistently have the cafe closed down! It’s very inconvenient when you can’t cancel a Mobil order and have to sit in a long line in the drive thru because you paid your money already! Ridiculous they need to get it together idk who is managing but they need a new one or to just close the location! To top it off they didn’t even have my order right where is the cookie crumbles? You had 45 mins to make my order and couldn’t even get it right! Suggestion if your short staffed you should still allow for ppl to come inside and pick there mobile orders up to avoid a long drive thru line considering u didn’t shut down the mobile ordering

Love this location. I get the same drink every time, and the baristas remember my name and are hilarious. Location is always packed like half the city is trying to get a drink at the same time, yet the workers are always there trying their absolute best. I know some customers can be extremely disrespectful, nasty and entitled, so each time I go I try to show my appreciation. Without them I wouldn’t get to enjoy my matcha. <3 Thanks Cherry Rd!

Only order here if you are doing mobile. Drive thru is so incredibly slow and counter service is even slower. Stood waiting at the counter for 6 minutes without any acknowledgment. 7-8 people working. I get it. You’re busy. I’m In the industry. Say “hey! We will be with you in just a minute” but people were not walking around like they were sooooo busy. This isn’t the first time. I don’t like to complain but I’ve voiced my issues verbally and how can you get better if you don’t know where the issues lie? I’ll stick to ordering thru the mobile app only because that seems to be the priority.

This has to be the worst Starbucks location ever. The girls just talk while you’re waiting almost 30 minutes for one drink. Mind you it’s not even busy. The manager is useless and don’t even assist with the matter. I been done with starbuck all together but my daughter wanted matcha drink. It was a reminder of why I do not go here.
