Got a drink today before 2pm. The blonde girl was nice to the old white ladies before me. But was immediately rude to us and we're biracial and gay so honestly it was probably some discrimination. I rarely mention this kind of stuff in reviews but the drink was also really bad and she slung it at us across the counter with no care. Just rude.

Ordered two simple drinks. No stickers placed on cup and had to correct barrista 3 times. Lids don't fit the cups. Tall strawberry refresher with water, no lemonade no strawberries. 1st I saw the strawberries and corrected her. Then she made the 2nd with lemonade. 3rd time finally correct. Grande sweet vanilla cold brew no cold foam no extra carmel as paid for. Had to correct her. If the stickers were placed on the Cups the order would be correct. Now I am wearing the disgusting cold brew bc their tops don't fit as she stated....

If you don’t have 45 minutes to stand in a line don’t come here. Seriously the slowest Starbucks ever! I’ve gotten out of line pretty much every time because I can’t wait close to and hour for a stupid cake pop. Once you get to the front they’ll just stare at you and when you go to order they run off. They never greet you or explain If they need to finish something before getting to you.

This location had no AC or ice in the middle of summer, very disappointed.
The service is quite mid at this location ,staff not that friendly. I was in the process of ordering 3 coffee drinks and a refresher for my staff when I asked can I get a cup of ice the young lady proceeded to say we don’t have no ice, with confusion on my face I cancelled all drinks because she blatantly lied to my face.

Went in to Starbucks for an order of a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and saw that there was an abundant fly problem along with a general uncleanness? Workers all seemed to mean well, but the store itself has definitely seen better days. Don't personally recommend going here if you need a quick meal.

I was trying to order a drink and they had no ice. first red flag. i ordered an ice matcha latte with oat milk. i usually get syrup in a cup on the side, and i notice little fruit flies in the syrup. the really kind employee apologised so much and remade it with a different syrup and confided in me with the fact they've been struggling with bug problems as of late. she told me that she's doing her best and it's so hot all the time, which i also noticed. I literally broke a sweat in there and it kind of stunk. I wanted a cake pop but after noticing the huge dead bugs in the display I genuinely got a little sick and decided against it. I already spent my Money so i guess it's fine, but my vacation to South Carolina was ruined due to my bad drink. It made my tummy hurt. the poor employees have no support and the manager is very rude as are the other higher ups. what a waste.
